Size and comfort of room, Great friendly staff, Quality of food both at Dinner & Breakfast was superb. Normally we would stay at one of national chains that Sir Lenny Henry advertises (PI) but this is definitely worth the little extra £. Restaurant is good value for money for the quality and quantity of food received along with superb service. ***No service charges or table charges which is a pleasant surprise nowadays*** enable us to choose to leave a good tip which we did.

On arrival we were met with an immediate issue as we were due to attend a wedding and there were no rooms reserved for us despite us booking in January. The hotel was full. The hotel staff and team there managed to sort the situation and arranged alternative accommodation at another hotel. Exceptional performance under an incredibly difficult situation.

Lovely upgraded room and goodies as guest of the day - thank you! Excellent gym. Dinner was good if a bit pricey.

We stayed 1 night at the Mytton Folf hotel whilst we were travelling through to Skipton. The area is beautiful and we found a excellent pub called The Aspinall Arms for our evening meal, which if in the area again would definitely visit. Overall a good experience

The quality of the property and rooms exceeded all my expectations. The room was superb, far more that I would have expected for a standard room. The staff were friendly and always ready to help and the breakfast amazing.

There is too much new building works going on all over the Ribble Valley. It's outrageous. The Ribble Valley is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. How these people got permission to build is an absolute travesty. It is ruining our countryside. Other than that Langho is a pleasant town. I don't know how long it will stay like that with all the overbuilding.

We're normally wary of pub-with-rooms type hotels but the Lord Nelson proved to be an excellent place for us to stay. The host was extremely welcoming and everything we needed / requested was fully taken care of. He ordered us a taxi, made sure we had a table in the restaurant (food and service was excellent) and made us feel at home. All the other staff we met were also very friendly. We will certainly look to book at this hotel again.
Our room was super; on a whim our 21 year old daughter decided she wanted to come on our mini break to explore Pendle hill and complete the Tolkien trail. The hotel was very accommodating, putting up a bed in the living area of our suite for her, which was in a separate room to us. The food was fine, great to have a buffet again and chef made us some veggie sausages at breakfast time. A great find!
Breakfast was well cooked and fair quality ingredient; but not available one morning.
Landlord's regular 'day-off' apparently.
Adjustment duly made to my bill.
However I had to remember to bring in bread rolls, jam and juice, to provide my own. Not ideal.
Restaurant not available every evening.
Landlord was pleasant enough. His aim was to be helpful; up to a point.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for business purposes, every stay was very comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. Food and environment is excellent. Would recommend to anyone for either business stay or pleasure break.

The room was large and comfortable with an en suite that had a separate shower as well as a bath. Staff very friendly; breakfast - individually cooked - was superb. The hotel is remarkably peaceful and is kept very clean.
Gorgeous hotel with lovely , friendly staff. Restaraunt food was beautiful. The only downside was room being very warm. However, this was immediately solved when i rang reception for a fan.
