It’s clean and very well maintained. Amazing service. Gentleman, unfortunately we didn’t catch his name, was supporting us throughout all stay. He arranged very tasty bbq and to go breakfast for safari. There are all amenities in this house.

The food was amazing! We had dinners there for 3 nights and we were never disappointed. The service was excellent, the people as kind as you could possibly be, and the food was exceptional Sri Lankan meals. We did 2 full day safaris at Wilpattu and the lodge packed a big breakfast for us and a Sri Lankan lunch for us both days. Wilpattu ended up being our favorite national park to visit out of the 4 we went to, and the location of Wilpattu Wildhideaway was perfect.

This is a family run guest house where the proprietor cannot do enough for you. From arranging our airport transfer to our Wilpattu safari to a great driver for the next portion of our trip to doing our laundry to even trying to get us black market reserved train tickets, no request was too difficult.
