The breakfast was great. Our host, Ellie, was really accommodating and baked fresh bread, macaroons, and croissants for us. Your stay includes a roundtrip car ride and tickets to Gubei Watertown (just 5 minutes drive away). She also arranged for a driver to take us to Panlongshan for a small fee, which is a wild section of the Great Wall about 15 minutes away. I would definitely recommend the hotpot dinner, at the guesthouse, too. I appreciated the small details, like the bathbomb that was provided with the bathtub, too!

Sometimes you see these high scores and become doubtful, but this place is legit. It is in such a perfect area if your goal is the Great Wall. Quiet and so cute. I was the only one there so it was about but I can’t wait to go back. She offers meals so that takes out the hassle of where you’re going to eat. It’s really good food. Bring cash to pay if you don’t have any of the payment apps that are used all over Beijing. This is a must stay.

The surrounding is gorgeous. the host is super friendly and speaks good English. A tip, factor in time for hiking the wild Wall that's within walking distance of this property. It's quiet (but I can't comment on room soundproofing as we were the only guests).
