Fantastic place, can get busy with traffic, but its worth it 👌.
Visit the general store, the staff there are great, real hippies.
The bakery next to it is real French, don't miss it 😋 😉
The Aquarium is fantastic, for a swim or a snorkel you can't go past it.

Yallingup is a perfect escape from the City.
Yallingup is a perfect escape from the City. Lots of greenery, lots of birds and lots of fresh beautiful air. The beach is a stroll from the apartments. The balcony was just amazing. Yallingup is a short car ride away from fantastic scenery, eateries and activities. Yallingup is a gem hidden away from most huslte and bustle. A MUST stay holiday destination. There is nothing to avoid, it is all fantastic. Dunsborough is a short drive away, with every eatery that you could want. Lots of Caves and so many different ocean drives from Yallingup, 10 minute to 20 minutes by car. Yallingup Beach is a stroll away.

Yallingup town site in winter is very quiet with very little retail/cafe services available. It is more active in summer. The townsite was not our prime destination. There are two nearby resorts that offer restaurants and cafes along with deli items. More extensive food provisions and town services can be found at nearby Dunnsborough. About 10 minutes drive away.

Yallingup offers surfing, swimming, bush walking, shopping,...
Yallingup offers surfing, swimming, bush walking, shopping, wine and food tasting, drives with scenery, caves and relaxation. Beaches are some of the best in Australia and offer access to all needs. Parks and facilities include toilets, ACROD parking, disability ramps etc. You must at all times be aware of your driving and the roads can be narrow and very winding. Some businesses only have dirt roads which require care and speed reduction with traveling on them.

If you love the coast and spectacular views then this is a great spot. I fly Paragliders so for us its like heaven being able to fly over this magnificent coast looking at the colour contrasts of the dark blue water, azure sandy beaches, white sand , dark green foliage, native flowers and dark grey rocks.
Getting up high really lets you appreciate the rugged beauty of this part of the world.
We loved the location to the Margaret River area beaches and wineries. Our room was very clean, and beautiful. We especially loved the patio deck with the large table and chairs for our wine in the evenings and breakfasts. Plenty of space in our room and our bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed the little bakery that was in walking distance for our morning breakfast treats. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our deluxe 1 bed apartment was superb - spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen, large bathroom with walk in shower and jacuzzi bath, very comfortable bed, nice outdoor terrace with view of the gardens. The hotel is in a great location with a lovely garden and the nearest beach is a 15 minute stroll through the gardens and then down a quiet residential street.
Beautifully and thoughtfully designed bauhaus style. Was warm and welcoming. Very clean and plenty of space for a couple. Stunning views overlooking the valley out back. Nicola and John are wonderful hosts. Will definitely consider Bauhaus for future stays in Yallingup. Thanks again!
The property is one of the two decent hotels nearby Smiths Beach and Cape to Cape Trail.
I liked that the property had a convenience store and a restaurant on site.
Issues were solved promptly if reported within the working hours. Reception/Concierge stopped working at 5pm.
The position and outlook onto Smiths beach was just spectacular. Though an older style property it was spacious with a beautiful large verandah which was very private. The garden grounds were perfectly kept and beautiful. We could watch the whales passing from the verandah!
Yallingup Forest Resort, is a traditional timber style country house with a verandah all round - it is situated in a bush setting, and is self catering. We were cosy enough, but it looked plain and sterile. Great for families or bush walkers with few expectations.
Quaint with many historic photos on the walls. our rooms were cosy & spacious. The restaurant was in the same building. There was an electric car charger available for $25 for the night. The gardens & walk to Yallingup Beach was beautiful.
Great location, we stayed in the original hotel, and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were done up nicely, held character, but met modern expectations. Dinner in the lounge was casual but great, relaxing in leather arm chairs.
We had an incredible experience staying with Yallingup Homestead. Beautiful home and surrounding grounds. Hosts were amazing and seriously accomomdating. All we kept saying is why didn't we know about this sooner!
We loved the facilities offered ie; wood fire and electric blankets on each bed. The house was decked with everything you could possibly need to feel at home and enjoy your stay.
So tranquil and quiet but located a super convenient location to Dunsbourgh and Yallingup. Excellent facilities. kids loved the nature, pool and tennis court.
Great location, beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Excellent amenities. Everything you needed provided. Close to beaches, restaurants, wineries, galleries.
