Weegena is a tiny country village in the midst of dairy, sheep and fruit and vegetable farms. The countryside is so lovely and flanked by impressive mountains. Good roads crisscrossing the beautiful countryside.

Very good location for exploring, you have so many places to visit in the surrounding area which are only a short drive away such as moles creek caves, deloraine, the great lake. You feel like you are in a remote area though thanks to the peace

We just loved our little self-contained, rustic and peaceful cottage overlooking the little dam filled with ducks. Our host Fritz and his lovely dog Cyril were welcoming, warm and friendly. Fresh eggs for breakfast from Fritz's chickens were delicious. We were so sad to leave. Thankyou for everything Fritz.CatherineAustralia
