Like the view and my children enjoyed swimming pool.

Like the view and my children enjoyed swimming pool. But the rooms were horrible to rent. When the reception gave me the key room number 9. I went to open, it was already open and the whole main door was loose and not locking properly. Bedroom fans not working at all , cockroaches on bedrooms ceiling crawling. My children were scared and couldn’t sleep properly. Main entrance door blinds broken. People passing by could easily see our bedrooms as we had to keep the doors open because the bedroom fan not working. Had to put hall ac on to get the air. Kitchen tap’s leaking had to tight very hard. No fan in children bedroom at least pedestal fan could have done the job because of bunk beds. $900 for 2 nights very very poor place. First time I have ever come across with horrible place. I would suggest people who want to rent should do some enquires before renting kola house. My next door house number 10 his out door pergola light was not working as he stayed for night. He was trying desperately shaking and taping to put it on. But he couldn’t. He too was not happy also.

It is sleepy and laid back. Good for fishing, I believe.

It is sleepy and laid back. Good for fishing, I believe. Nice for families - there were children paddling in the water. Good for walking along the boardwalks and through the nearby Tilligerry Koala Reserve. There is one good restaurant and a big Golf Club.

There was nothing to fault about this motel, the location was perfect and close to everything that we visited. My family and I were surprised with how spacious the room was and enjoyed our time there. It was also convenient that it was close by to the Lemon RSL we enjoyed our last night there by spending it at the RSL and the food was amazing. I would definitely stay here again when we visit Port Stephens again, it's value for money and cheap for the amount of time we stayed here

Enjoyed the tranquillity of the park and was very child friendly with all the activities and not far to shops which i highly recommend for breakfast or other. Not too far to travel to neighbouring bays like Tanilba and Nelson

When I booked this motel I was worried about the cleanliness and also my family had never stayed in a motel before. But the Lemon Tree Passage Motel has exceeded my expectation. The room was neat and clean, well organised. Besides the rooms were fully booked and there is a restaurant and sport club nearby, my family had a good sleepl. The garden and the surroundings were so peaceful. Enjoyed the early morning walk in Henderson Park.

Immaculately clean, inside and out. Comfortable bed. The manicured lawn and gardens were lovely to look at from inside the room. Ground floor position so no stairs. There’s a bowling club next door, for a sneaky G&T and a meal. If you have an electric car, the bowling club has electric car chargers. Jason is friendly, approachable and professional. We highly recommend Lemon Tree Passage Motel as a place to stay.

We didn't include breakfast in our booking. However, the tea/coffee/biscuit provisions were good. The location, next to the Lemon Tree Passage Bowling Club, our venue for the evening, was perfect! Everything in our room and the bathroom was neat, tidy and well presented and the overall living area was spacious. The prior arrangement for our key was easy to follow. We'll done to the proprietors.
