Denham is a very nice resort. Very quiet with only a few bars, restaurants and places to buy a coffee...which the bakery makes a good and tasty latte with lovely cakes and a wide selection of savoury pies.
Good sunsets and a nice stroll along the promenade are recommended at this good quality resort

Denham is a lovely quiet fishing town.
Denham is a lovely quiet fishing town. The sunsets are stunning. Not much to do in the town, but if you like a quiet life on the sea front this is the place to be. Just down the road from Monkey Mia as well about 26 km

Liked the Denham beach, Little Lagoon, Francois Peron National Park, Shell beach, Ocean Park, Shark Bay Dive snorkelling trip to Dirk Hartog Island, Aristocrat2 sealife cruise. Also bought a heapof stuff at the pearl shop. Well stocked IGA, camping shop and hardware. The hotel attached to the Heritage Resort served great food with my favorite being the local whiting and chips. The Old Pearler was fantastic - make sure to book well in advance.
Didn't like that eating options were limited and some had limited days and hours of operation. This may be because not high season so accept this as the price to pay for having a nice quiet and relaxing holiday. Other than that a perfect place to have a chilled holiday.

Beautiful place.
Beautiful place. A little out of the way but worth the travel. Not to crowded and plenty to see and do. Monkey Mia resort wonderful and clean just a few kilometers up the road. Scenic flights avaliable if it's in your budget. We'll worth it.

Denham was a nice town and clean and friendly, however it is a long way to go in to get to and even further to monkey mia which if you have seen dolphins elsewhere isn't really worth it.
Shell Beach on the way in was interesting but the stromatilites were closed and no signs to let you know.

Denham is a great place to visit for a couple of days from an historical viewpoint. More than that though, we struggled to find things to do or see, unless we drove for relatively long distances out of the township. The people are really friendly and helpful, the seafood meals terrific, and during our stay it was a peaceful, quiet town.
What an amazing place to stay in Denham! Everything was great.....the nicely decorated room with good bed and shower, the view in general, the hottub with sea- and sunset-view, the kangaroos and emoes every day at your doorstep, the outdoor-kitchen en living-space, and good breakfast which you can prepare at your own time. And last but certainly not least....Phil and Kerrie are very friendly and helpfull, and they take good care of their guests. A-must-stay-place!
We paid a little extra for a sea front room and it was really worth the money! We had a very spacious room with a sofa, and a small balcony for watching the sun set! The bathroom was nice and big and we had a small kitchen area too. I also used the small pool whilst we were there. The location was perfect for getting to Monkey Mia and Denham was a lovely place to stay for a few nights on our way up the North Coast.
Located a short distance from the main shopping strip of Denham, and with the beach opposite it is ideally located. The room was comfortable and included a small kitchen with stove and refrigerator with freezer area above at the rear entry and good sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Large TV. Car parking on-site near the room at no charge.
Seafront Apartments are located in the heart of Denham overlooking the bay with IGA, open 7am - 7pm, next door. All other facilities are within walking distance. The kitchenette was equipped with all basic cooking needs as the town has limited evening restaurants.
This was like staying in a fisherman's shack from a Tim Winton novel. If you want a hermetically sealed clinical hotel room, this is not for you. Think state housing circa 1972, but not without a certain charm.
Wonderfully appointed unit just right for the family. Lovely view from outdoor table. Very friendly environment, encouraging meeting new friends. Close to shops/ beach/ restaurants.
Great location close to the beach, and walking distance to shops and pubs in Denham. Comfortable with good facilities. Not top of the range but valuesfor money. We'd go back.
These apartment location is the best, right at the centre of the town. The unit was clean plenty of space for the car and you can easily walk to anywhere around Denham.
was a well appointed property with two balconies, three bedrooms, two living areas, ensuite and another bathroom. Central in Denham and close to Monkey Mia.
