We are really disappointed with our stay at 13th Apostles Accommodation. We want to get our money back as we have to sleep in the car and can’t sleep in the room. How can you run a business but doesn’t care about your guests. It’s very dangerous if we can’t sleep and have to drive the next day. Please come and check your place and think if it’s reaching the motel or dorm standard. Such a shame to have a service like this in Australia.

Princetown doesn't have any eating places.
Princetown doesn't have any eating places. You will have to go to Port Campbell for most things. And everything gets dark by 5 if you go there in the winter. So people may find it a little cumbersome to drive in the dark cold winter night all the way to Port Campbell for dinner. We loved it though!
We ate at this place called Nicos pizza pasta - SO AWESOME!!!

Princetown is very convenient for both Great Ocean Walk and 12 Apostles visitors for refreshments and accommodation. However, it also offers a lot to longer stay visitors as it is in beautiful nature near the river (for fishing eels) and beach. I would visit and stay again.

The peace and quiet was perfect.
The peace and quiet was perfect. Reception was pretty bad, but i also knew that and one of the reasons why we went there. Beach and adorable town was 20mins away.
Read the reviews so then you no what you up for. We really enjoyed our get away. Will definitely consider going again

Princetown is very cosy and tranquil little township.
Princetown is very cosy and tranquil little township. Great for it's scenery and very close to all the sightseeing spots. Ideal for those that would like to see the Sunrise and do the Gibson's Step walk to 12 Apostles which takes about 1 hour. Really lovely to see the sun rise as it's so beautiful. We went to Port Campbell for food as there is a Friendly Grocer's near the 12 Rocks Restaurant. We weren't ready to eat so we ended up getting some cold cuts and local cheese which were excellent for dinner instead with a salad. 12 Rocks looks very busy. Definitely will come again and stay in Port Campbell next time to do the beach walk around this little township.
Everything required for a pleasant stay was at hand - a cupboard filled with extra pillows and linen, adequate amount of cutlery and crockery, microwave, even an oven (which worked extremely well), large fridge, working wifi, comfortable beds, BBQ, outdoor setting, quiet environment, fresh towels and toiletries on our 2nd day, centrally located on the Great Ocean Road, ample parking, a large friendly dog was the receptionist, concierge, and parking valet upon arrival
I really appreciated the little things that the hosts did to make the stay better. The home is lovely and very peaceful. We found ourselves rushing home early just to relax and chill (catch the sunset in their beautiful rec room). With the records playing and someone cooking in the kitchen, it was wonderful watching the sun set over the farmlands. It is also very convenietly located near all the tourist attractions.
We had a fantastic stay in Princetown: the location was ideal, and the house was comfortable and well-equipped. We all appreciated the Soda Stream, the musical instruments and the record player, and the ice in the freezer upon arrival. As mentioned by several other reviewers, our only regret was that we had time for just two nights. Thank you, Jason!
Great location so close to the 12 Apostles. Only 50 yards from the Great Ocean Road but quiet and secluded. The property was not luxurious but had most things one would expect and few nice extras (for example, a picnic basket with a hand made rug and vacuum flask and other picnic paraphernalia).
The location is near the twelve apostles visitor center via a 5 minutes drive. It helped to catch the scenery in the late afternoon and early morning.
Heated blankets and room heater was provided. Clean and thick towels were provided. The motel is near nature.
Quiet area with animals nearby. Although basic it had everything we needed and was lovely to be out in nature in a secluded spot but still being close by to top attractions such as The Apostles and Port Campbell (closest town) being just a 10min drive away.
Everything was better than expected.
The owner couple is caring, supportive & social.
Breakfast was very good.
The rooms & facilities are wel maintained.
We spotted a kangaroo outside the room in the evening & deers near the property in the morning!!!
Very close to the 12 Apostles down the road and exactly what I needed for my one night stop over from the long drive along the great ocean road before my next stop west. Pet friendly room. Had all the essentials I needed.
It was a very comfortable, quaint little cabin with a great view. The location was fantastic, right at the foot of the 12 apostles. Within a 20 minute drive is some of the most beautiful coastline in Australia!!
This place is an absolute gem. So comfortable and set in the peaceful countryside. Spacious cottage wiith everything you could possibly ask for. If you are on the great ocean road this is THE place to stay.
Amazing hosts, breakfast, and service in general
Neil and Lynn were very kind, helpful, and overall great hosts to our end of the trip of the great ocean road.
Very close to the Great ocean road. Watch out for hoppers at night. There was hot water and pressure but the shower head only good for a person less than 6'
