The staff were most helpful and informative. I was notified by message if/when changes were made. My only objection would perhaps be no electric frying pan in the Cabin. It was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.. I would definitely recommend to others.

Plenty to see and do for all ages,beaches/fishing/surfing.
Plenty to see and do for all ages,beaches/fishing/surfing. Plenty of sight seeing to be had and all just short drives away, chocolate factory, penguin parade, joy flights, grand prix circuit, koala reserve, amaze & things, animal park where you can hand feed emu's/kangaroos,wallabies and other animals and much much more. Take a cruise out to seal rocks to see first hand the colonies of seals and if lucky enough dolphins and other sea creatures.

I am coeliac, if I buy a gluten free pizza I want the base to be hand made not commercially purchased e.g from a supermarket (I could tell the difference). If I am paying extra cash for a true gluten free pizza, I want to pay for the best hand made gluten free pizza I can get, as I don't have them very often.
On another note, I enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the Big 4 Caravan Park in Newhaven where I stayed for three nights. Close to beaches and cafes, and the staff were wonderful. Just ten minutes up the road Island burgers at Cape Woolamai made yummy gluten free burgers. Will have to go there again next time I go to Phillip Island.

The location was excellent, especially the adjoining beach access - the kids really loved that. The room was not as spacious as we thought it would be but we are still slept comfortably and didn't really spend that much time in the room anyway.
The location is very quiet and peaceful with view over the bay. We enjoyed the spa, and the shared lounge and choice of sunny balcony for our breakfast.
