The receptionist was to busy talking to their manager and left me waiting for 10 mins before getting off the phone so we could book in The add says that there is a complementary bottle of wine or champagne on arrival, as well as bottle water supplied. The milk was in capsules the size of thimbles, and only 8 at a time. Must say though the cleaning staff did a great job in serious room everyday. They were pleasant and made sure the room was re-stocked each day and the linen was changed

We booked 1 night in a family deluxe room and a family room...
We booked 1 night in a family deluxe room and a family room through Booking.com. Big western called us to change our booking to 2 family rooms. We were fine with that. Upon check in we paid $183. (thinking that was for both rooms) She then said we need to pay $137 for the other room. (2 transactions) she said she has to charge us for our original booking through Booking.com, the deluxe and family room. We argued for ages that we should only be paying for 2 family rooms and that they changed our booking, not us! Very frustrating! Not only do I feel we were ripped off, I know we were ripped off! She’s a fast talker the Asian lady in reception! Others be warned!

The staff were wonderful and the room size large and clean. Complimentary bottle of wine. Takeaway, restaurants and service station very close by. DFO shopping close too. We would certainly stay again. Front garden a little sad.

Great location close to restaurants and key roads, but far enough away from the traffic so there was no noise. Reception open late with a range of drinks available for purchase. Room much bigger than expected as I had a two bedroom space. Well equipped kitchen area with enough plates,bowls, utensils etc. Will definitely be back for work trips to Melbourne.

its like home away from home. there r restaurents, fast food shops and supermarket nearby. and Mill Park library is just next to the hotel. if there r more cooking facilities like stove and oven, that will be perfect. the staff there are very nice to help.
