The location is perfect, close to tram stop, a short walk to the beach, shops and the event I was attending at the Palais Theatre.
The room was meticulously clean, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed for my short stay.
The lovely young lady on the front reception desk was just delightful and helpful. Another big bonus was staff at The Prince were very easy to contact.
I will most definitely stay here again if I come to Melb/St. Kilda for another concert at The Palais Theatre.

The room was sufficient, though on the small side, it is really only for relaxing after a long working day. The Monash campus is conveniently just a short, few minutes walk, and there is a shopping centre just around the corner if you need to grab a bite or pick up some presents.

The location is great. Westfield Shopping Centre is within walking distance and there is an abundance of restaurants not far away. The bay is just a short drive away too. Getting to the city is easy.

Moorabbin is not normally an area I would stay in (mainly because I know it so well) but my son and I were very tired and so opted in for this place and it turned out to be great. Loved having the food option right next door, delivery to front door as well - saved me from taking us out anywhere.YoletteAustralia

Room was perfectly comfortable and quiet. I was also so relieved when the young man at reception managed to get me a taxicab within 5 minutes to get us to the Moorabbin airport, very much appreciated his no fuss approach when I was so stressed at not being able to get a taxi. So thank you so much people we’ll be more than happy to use your excellent accommodation again.
