We are not a young couple and the ground level unit was ideal. Pleasant landscaping made the cabin homely. The purpose of our trip was to attend a celebration in Yeppoon and this accommodation was economical for us and we could self-cater when desired. We also found it was not far to eat at Emu Park or Yeppoon. Sight-seeing along the coast was a pleasure.

Staf were helpful and courteous, the room was fresh and clean with all amenities available. It was close to what we wanted to see and the view was spectacular. The entertaining area was perfect to relax. We will be returning there for a longer stay

Service was fantastic, Beautifully appointed rooms and very clean, very close to the beach. Tranquil setting. Lovely inviting pool area with a fabulous bbq area complete with big screen to view the footy. Comfortable beds and well thought out rooms - loved my stay here and would recommend to anyone especially if you are looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Family friendly. Awesome hosts.

Booking was easy and Louise makes you feel welcome from the moment you checked-in. Jeremy and Louise have recently renovated and tastefully decorated the motel. The rooms are clean and spacious with beautiful touches of the tropics throughout. Although positioned straight across the road from Kinka Beach, there is a well fenced crystal clear pool and tropical gardens to be enjoyed. Give Jeremy and Louise a ring if you're looking for a place to stay while visiting Yeppoon

Friendly hosts. Totally refurbished - clean, bright, modern, beautiful new bbq area with lots of seating. Love the palm tree theme in the units. Comfy beds. Great location across the road from quiet Kinka Beach. The best bangers and mash meal ever from the little restaurant/ takeaway 2 mins down the road. can def recommend this Motel if you want to stay out of Yepoon. Lovely drive around the bay from Yepoon as well.

The motel was so lovely and clean! Our room was very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was also really nice. We felt the location was great- right across from the beach and close enough to town that it was easy to go for dinner but far enough away that things were calm and quiet. The staff were lovely. We had absolutely no complaints and would definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

It was so far the best stay during our journey. They renovated the rooms so that everything is nice and shiny. It was absolute tidy and clean, the beds were comfortable and I liked the barbecue and pool area a lot. Also very friendly hosts and good restaurant and tour recommendation. The garden and the palms make you feel like in Florida. But why go to Florida if you can have Kinka Palms? :)

This was our 2nd stay at Kinka Palms Motel as we were very impressed with the accommodation from our 1st visit. Such a relaxed, quiet location, close to beach and a short drive to shops and food venues. Kinka Palms motel facilities and all the extra personal details the owners have added to both the rooms & barbecue area are truly a credit to them. Thankyou again for a great stay 😃

What a fabulous refurbishment of a traditional motel. Rooms were fresh, clean, plenty of supplies and beds so comfortable. The setting is magical with the beach in front of you, a lovely pool area and exceptional outdoor setting. Perfect motel for families, couples and singles. Staff are friendly and it has a happy family business feeling. Highly recommend and I will be back.

Everything was perfect, we could have not asked for anything more. The rooms are beautiful and have everything that's needed. Louise, the host, was very accommodating. The bed was super comfortable, the room and bathroom perfectly clean. Location is incredible, the beach is right across the street. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Location is excellent, beach is close, fish and chips down the road. Recently renovated rooms are excellent. Very clean, would have loved to stay longer. Quiet location, not for those that want bustling restaurants. We loved it.

Everything was just what we wanted, there was even a laundry with all that you need, we have stay in a lot of motels but this one was the best out of all. We will definitely come back here, we are so glad we found Kinka palms.

I was driving between Cairns and Wollongong and the Kinka Palms was my first stop. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property and facilities were well kept and the room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable.

We loved the way the room had been renovated, the way the pool/ bbq lounge area had been set-up. If we had not already booked our return journey accommodation we would have gladly diverted back to Kinka Palms Motel.

Great location by the lake and handy to beach and takeaway shops. Cabin was comfortable but the only downside was we chose the location partially based on having wifi for business and it wasn't working 😢
