Jerilderie is a lovely laid back country town. The People are warm and friendly and will stop and have a chat with you. The town itself is well planned and is only 4 hours from Melbourne. The Food at the Pubs is really good and Jerilderie has a Bakery/Cafe that makes everything fresh on the day. The Town has Historical appeal as Ned Kelly held up the whole town for three days and you can follow the trail through the Town as there are stops that show you what happened back then. What also surprised me was an EV charging station in the town for those who want to recharge their vehicles.

We have been to jerilderie on quite a few times we have stayed at the caravan park on 3 occasions and twice at jerilderie motor in we have found that both places have great rooms and facilities the pubs are great the jerilderie sports club is fantastic friendly staff are fantastic great place to relax wine down have quiet drink order a meal in the restaurant. They have a fantastic bakery great pies pastries and coffee if your passing thru BP service station great place for breakfast friendly staff great food and coffee ☕ 😋 overall just a great relaxing place to go you can even have a round of golf ⛳ 😀

We only stayed overnight at Jerilderie so didn't see the town but passed a few other little towns along the way I would like to see. It was a Sunday so no businesses were open so we kept driving stopping over at Jerilderie.

The locals towns people were always ready to stop and have a chat with you. The town is beautiful safe and always clean. It is a relaxed and friendly town. The Customer Service in shops is always spot on and when you visit Jerilderie it is like your at home.
