    Great town with lovely beaches.

Great town with lovely beaches. Decent choice of restaurants and amenities. Much more is available in Vincentia which is town attached to Huskisson. 20 minutes drive from Jarvis bay territory which has the prettiest beach I have ever seen in my life (Murrays Beach) We will definitely come back to explore more and for a longer stay

Huskisson is a quintessential seaside town.

Huskisson is a quintessential seaside town. One main road in and out with access to some of the most beautiful beaches without the big surf. Ideal for stand up paddle boarding/ kayaking . However they are not patrolled by lifesavers so still be alert to conditions. The maritime museum is worth a visit. There are a range of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The whole of the Jervis Bay Area is worth a visit with nearby National Parks and the townships of Vincentia. Hyam’s Beach is stunning.

There is plenty of choice of places to eat and recent renovations have made many of the restaurants more trendy, plus the Huskisson pub is a great option. The shops for clothing and homeware were lovely, cheaper than in Sydney and the staff everywhere were great. Hyams Beach is too busy during holiday peak so we headed into the national park where there are plenty of other options, lots of parking and the same beautiful sand and water.

Huskisson is an ideal place to stay in Jervis bay with most of the tours leaving from there, plenty of shops and eat outs. It's close to Booderee National park. The moona moona creek to White sands park walk is a lovely little walk too.

The property is in a fantastic location right by the beach which is also dog friendly. The coastal walk which is also near to the house takes you into Huskisson where there’s plenty of cafes and shops, this is a leisurely 15min walk. The house was clean, well maintained and all rooms were large and spacious. The tiled outdoor area was fantastic and well equipped with a large 8 seat outdoor table and lounge suit. Supermarkets are an 8min drive with the choice of Woolworths or Coles.

The apartment and location were fantastic, being close to the shops, restaurants and Marina. Also close to all the well-known beaches such as Hyams etc. This is the second stay in Huskisson and i recommend that you do the twilight river cruise as well as the Jervis Bay cruise. Also recommend a meal at the Hotel, which has fantastic food. You will need to book ahead if you're going during peak periods.

Reception was friendly, the cabins were clean and separated from one another, and we were quite comfortable. For us, the selling point was the abundance of eastern grey kangaroos on the grounds. There were around each morning and each evening and really helped us enjoy our stay. This was a perfect place to rest between scuba diving trips to Jervis Bay and Bowen Island.

Great location - only five minutes walk to the bars, cafes and restaurants of Huskisson, but still nice and quiet. Five minutes walk to two lovely beaches. The bungalow is perfect. So clean, with everything you need for a comfy stay. We loved our stay here. We will be back.
