Mari makes a great coffee and she is so warm and friendly and we really enjoyed interacting with her at the cafe most daysm The pool and easter facilities were amazing also. It was really clean and modern with a lovely private balcony to sit outside and eat on. The bedrooms were spacious with good storage and the place was free from clutter. Kitchen was well equipped.

The Golden Palms Motel is a 10-minute drive from Torquay Beach and the Jan Juc Beach. It has simple, country-style accommodations with free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi access.

Budget motel. I was delighted to find something i thought didn't exist - A nicely furnished room that was neutral but had character by the clever use of patterns and textures with the furnishings and artwork that didn't look like mass produced rubbish from a bargain shop. Facilities provided were good, clean and nicely arranged. I will return here when I'm next in Geelong. Given the price point and it being an old style motel I was pleasantly suprised and delighted with the room. I was here for the Ironman event

The cottage was a great size. The view over the golf course was beautiful. We walked to the beach. Dinner was lovely. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly and informative. It was a great find.
