Quiet small little cosy countryish town all though it may look small but it's a thriving country town the locals are very friendly hellos and how are yous as U walk passed locals they give U a friendly greeting I myself would move to Beaconsfield in a heart beat and I'm from the western suburbs of Melbourne I'm use to the hustle and bustle of the west so Beaconsfield was a stark contrast to what im use to

We got pizza from the restaurant that's not run by the Hotel but 10% discount from the staying there and 4 plain pizzas cost us $ 87.00. I couldn't believe it, just sheets of ham & pineapple, margarita. Not that great either. The hole place needs a complete spruce up, the grounds everything actually. Good just for an overnight if needed. Was clean but out dated.

The motel was very worn and tired, the staff were not very caring cleanliness was poor and no room servicing. The restaurant was pleasant and our room was a good size but grubby carpet and poor quality maintenance let it down badly.

Only needed the motel room as a short-term option so didn't care about the neighbourhood/places to see/eat etc or what tourism options were available. Took advantage though of the servo nearby before I left Beacie.

If you’re looking for something bare bones, clean & cheap, then motel then this place is for you. The property is extremely old and the carpets Extremely threadbare, but they have renoed The bathrooms & painted the walls. 1 Of the Standard room was good (except the carpet), the other Standard room however had a few problems including a busted door handle & a smoke alarm that was taped together with black electrical tape and had toilet paper stuffed between it and the ceiling. I really wouldn’t trust it to go off, not to mention it being an eyesore.

Reviews of this property led to lower expectations for this stay, but we were pleasantly surprised, hence exceeded our expectations. Our queen spa room was very spacious and clean, the air conditioner worked flawlessly throughout, the spa was good. There were minor flaws which needed attention by owner, nothing significant for a short stay. Overall, loved the place, will be happy to stay there again.
