This is a great location, the room was nice and clean and has a seperate bedroom from lounge which is always nice, so more of a suite than a room. The Shower and bathroom are were fresh and clean. water pressure was great.

This house is a wonderful base if you need to be in or around Hamilton for more than a day or two. Elaine and Terry keep the place spotless and well equipped. It is an older house with no tinkering done to renovate - but everything is in very good condition, and importanty, everything works as it should. It is spacious, comfortable, in a quiet neighbourhood and within comfortable walking distance of the local supermarket and food court. Everything you need for a relaxed stay is there. The wifi connection is strong, and the shower is an absolute ripper (both are my first two go-to items when I roll up to new accommodation). The owners are friendly and helpful people and I am most appreciative of their hospitality.

A very pleasant setting and comfortable room. This was a repeat visit, I am very happy with this property as it meets my needs and is in a great location. I enjoyed a sunset over Pirongia from the private terrace on this occasion, very relaxing.
Close to Pirongia Pines where we attended a wedding. Very comfortable bed, great shower, clean and an excellent breakfast…. cereal, fruit, juice, full cooked breakfast! Also lovely muffins in our room on arrival.
