Very well appointed heritage property with huge, well maintained grounds. The breakfast was amazing though our group had some dietary restrictions. Very good spread, generous set of fresh fruits and great coffee.
Juan and Anya are fantastic hosts.
Good location as well, 20 minutes drive to Paihia, Kerikeri and Kawakawa.

The hosts were phenomenal. They were conversational without being pushy. Genuinely invested in making our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

The bed was great, and the location room was nice and quiet with a pleasent outlook over the inlet.. This is a convenient location for Paihia and they provide a free shuttle service to and from town.
The pool complex and a nice tropical look, the spa pool was nice and hot.
