The rooms were lovely, the property was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! Lavender lines the walkway to the room, and it smells wonderful! These were the most comfortable beds we have slept in on our 2 week trip. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the homemade jams, and if we are in this area again, we'll will surely stay here again!

We loved the location, it was peaceful and clean and very close to the beautiful beach. A car is definitely necessary to get out and about, especially for shopping.
There are plenty of pleasant and interesting towns surrounding the area and also further afield. One needs to be prepared to drive pretty much everywhere.
If you want hustle and bustle this is not the place for you, especially out of season...this was what appealed to us.
