Big enough room and spacious bathroom. Very clean. Bed is good, we slept well. Feel like I've stayed at my grandma house, cozy and quiet in the morning :) Mario tried to make sure we have everything we need. Common kitchen was convenient to make tea or coffee. House is located next to highway (autostrada A16), so it's very easy to get in/out. There is a private parking on the opposite side of the street (paid 5 EUR). There is also free parking a bit away. There is a big supermarket 5 min walk. Avelino city center is far away, so you will need a car.

The property was exactly how it was described. Luca was very helpful in making our stay successful. We did not speak Italian and he worked hard to have our communication go smoothly! He was available immediately when we arrived (even though we did not give him advanced notice) and even came back quickly when we had a small issue that he immediately fixed. Their was also a small kitchenette that was very useful, with a microwave and hot water pot! Both were great for us! I also felt very safe with the 3 doors to our room. Overall, I think the property was very good and a very good value.
