Hi I stayed in this hotel my room number was 305 first of all my booking total amount should be 72 Eur that’s mean 77 Dollar The reception took 94 Dollar , I told them several times but they ignored my speech. The weather was very hot during June and the AC unit not working ? The weather was very hot and the reception said it is disconnect !!!!! This is very bad

Usually I give 10 points when everything fulfilled my expectations, but here we had a problem with parking 🙃. We gave the keys to the valet with expectation, that the car would be parked with others in front of the hotel. "Luckily" we forgot something in our cars and found out that the car wasn't parked at all at the hotel area yet on the street with other local cars behind the hotel. After the complaint the car was reparked and with the room itself we had no problem.
