No complaints, from start to finish there is nothing more we could have asked for. Linda was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious. All areas safe for a newly walking 1 year old! TV and Xbox useful for my older son. Beds were comfy. Rooms were dark (perfect for little one). Air con worked well. Showers were powerful. Beach and pool equipment provided was in good working order. Kitchen well equipped. Short, flat walk to beach, restaurants and shops.

Exceptional clean. All amenities you need.
Very comfortable.
Great location- lots of shops, local amenities, restaurants, bars and beach really close by.
Would definitely stay again.

The close proximity of the town to the beach and super walks along by the beach are excellent. If the weather is right this is an brilliant location to learn water sports.
One real downside of the town is the constant overhead low level flying from what seemed to be a local army training camp. While this was intriguing on the first day/night, by day 4 it was actually really annoying and would probably make me choose another location again.
Pretty much all the restaurants were good however the higher priced options were not to standard.

There is a large selection of restaurants and bars but nowhere is very rowdy, everywhere feels friendly and safe. You can choose a different cuisine every night and there is everything from basic pizza to fine dining. Suits all budgets.

A lovely little SPANISH town, a good mix of new and old.
A lovely little SPANISH town, a good mix of new and old. Lovely promenade and cafes and restaurants but I would not swim in that water if you paid me - although people were in the sea.
The Mar Menor is what it says - a small sea, it is fed through a channel from the main Mediterranean Sea but it isn’t tidal so was quite grubby and smelly with a lot of algae gathering by the shore. There is also a huge amount of sea grass growing. There is a strong movement to clean it up after a few disasters over the last few years.
It is also very close to San Javier airport where the Spanish air force train so there are a lot of small planes flying around all the time . Great place to watch the sun rise.

Our first time to stay in this area & it was beautiful, with the beech on your doorstep. There is also a communal pool which was never packed during our stay anyway. It is a more residential area than tourist so a little quiet which is what we wanted. However the busier area is only a 20 minute walk with lots of markets, shops & restaurants. For us it was perfect 🤩

Not good sun beds on the beach dirty and worn, some nice bars and restaurants around , no upmarket shops, bit too British for liking but thats just a personal view. Hen parties and Karaoke… irish bars great if thats your type of resort.
The pictures on the website did not do the apartment justice, we stayed in 20e, the views from the balcony were fabulous, free wifi, an electric fan in each bedroom and a ceiling fan in the sitting room that had a timer. The apartment was spotless and very roomy, twin beds in one bedroom and a double bed in the other, the sofa in the sitting room is also a sofa bed. Plenty of towels were provided and spare sheets. Would definitely stay there again. Its also next door to the best restaurant ( mine anyway) in Los Alcàzares.
Staff was amazingly helpful. We were very sick and they got a doctor to come to hotel and examine and treat us. Had to stay an extra night, and they gave us the same discounted rate we'd gotten online for the 1st night. Very considerate and compassionate.
Spacious room with fridge.
Beds and bedding super comfortable. Big bathroom.
Had balcony, chairs, view of ocean. Two blocks from beach.
Free garage parking below hotel.
The Hotel is exceptionally clean and very well run by the family. The buffet breakfast has everything you need for a good start to the day. The location is superb being only 5 minutes away from the beaches of the Mar Menor and many cafes and restaurants for lunch or an evening meal. There are lots of water sports to choose from and some interesting walks around Los Alcazares.
The pool was fantastic, the hotel looks after every detail and the staff is very kind, eager to help and answer questions. The room was very comfortable with a spectacular terrace. Great experience. This is the best hotel in Los Alcazares in my opinion. Great value for money. They even helped me call a taxi whenever I needed it.
Lovely spacious accomadation, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the location was on the outskirts of los Alcazares and the coast. Too far to walk in 30 degree heat, and buses aren't frequent , a good taxi service, but added cost onto the holiday
Lovely hotel right in the centre. Good, varied breakfast. Lovely staff, they were very helpful and printed some documents for me which was highly appreciated. Lovely breakfast.
Very spacious room, massive comfortable bed and the balcony was a plus.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The attention to detail w.r.t. my timings, breakfast, etc. was always great. The rooms and all facilities are spacious, clean and tidy. Would come back again, no doubt.
We arrived by car for only one night and it is very convenient how you can use the car park and just go up to the hotel’s reception with a lift.
Also the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
The property need maintenance URGENT!!!
Hotel’s 3rd floor no lights in the hallway.
The walls full of crack.
NO AC!!!!!!
We were assigned with 5 different rooms and there was no AC working.
Location was good halfway between 525 Hotel and 2 mins walk to the sea front. Room was clean and tidy. Yes I'd go back.
The negatives is only feedback on how I feel they could improve.
2nd visit. good facilities. clean, tidy, have stayed before with family and with a friend this time. comfortable rooms and also apartments. 20 minute walk into los alcázares
