We chose Ilminster as it was fairly close to the M5 but not too far from Lyme Regis, where we were visiting the following day. Lovely central location so you can go to Weymouth, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth, Taunton and Wells in approximately an hour or under. Ilminster is a small town, with a large Tesco and other small shops for all you needs. Friendly locals and plenty of places to visit for all the family. Highly recommended for a perfect getaway.

It included a king size bed and a free standing bath tub and separate shower. There is a hot tub on the property and outdoor areas to relax. The owner prepares an amazing breakfast to order. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed during our travels.
