Quite, friendly and good value. Would have loved to been able to get a tee off time for Sunday morning but that's my own fault for not booking far enough ahead of time.

It is not very touristy but a perfectly nice place if you find your self in the local area for business or visiting family.
Some excellent pubs and restaurants. Quite a good shopping area if you find you need anything.
Far nicer than Nuneaton.

The staff are really welcoming and helpful!
The staff are really welcoming and helpful! The quality of food in the restaurant was lovely will be trying the dinner menu next time I go. My second time staying I will be booking again! Sauna was not working but they seem to be improving the hotel since I last stayed did not make a difference to stay and experience.
Nice Chicken dinner, although the restaurant was a bit dark and I was trying to read. Good coconut ice cream. Breakfast was busy, good food but I found sausages and bacon not overly tasty, fresh fruit good. Variety of bread was a bit disappointing. Free coffee voucher was a nice touch.
Overall, my family and I had a great experience. The first night I ordered dinner at the Trimph Restaurant which I thought the fish was a little under cook to my liking. The staff member, Chaz went above and beyond in preparing a new meal. Much appreciated.

Excellent communication from the owners.
Poor staffing levels. No full menu in restaurant. Food was like warm and way below standard for four star hotel. Very poor value for money the rate paid. A premier Inn was more value with better options
Great location, lovely hotel! The Triumph Bar was a surprise! The facilities were great. Staff were super friendly on reception and at the bar.
Marco Pierre restaurant food was first class.
Great studio apt with free on road parking only a few minutes walk from Hinckley town centre. Apt very clean, comfortable, spacious and warm with all the facilities needed for a short stay.
The room was clean and in good order. Location was fantastic as I was working in Hinckley. Large carpark so plenty of space. Staff were friendly and helpful for the most part.
Hansom House was impeccable in every way. If you need somewhere to stay in or near Hinckley, you won't do better than this.
Rachael is an excellent host!
The hotel was clean and staff welcoming.
Bar food was exceptional, just provided later than expected.
Suite was all we expected apart from lack of hot water
The staff was excellent!!! Made our stay ever so enjoyable. The Marco restaurant food was delicious and again the staff were amazing. A must stay hotel.
