Check-in was easy, staff are helpful, pleasant and polite. The room was incredible, we were upgraded to the deluxe room, tastefully furnished and decorated. Large room, seating area and high spec bathroom which included roll top bath. We wished we stayed for a longer time. Hope to return.

The staff were particularly amazing, as a solo traveller they made me feel very welcome.
