you don't need to leave the airport, you just go thru the walkway and get to the hotel. this saves a lot of time waiting for shuttles etc

The included wellness spa is the main reason I stay here. Pool, sauna, steam room, salt scrub, robes all available. Room size was great and well designed. Shuttle to the airport every 30min, leaves the airport on the 15 and 45 hotel and top and bottom of the hour

We decided to change our 1 night stay in Schiphol from Sheraton to CitizenM and it was 100% worth it. Not only is this hotel extremely up to date, it is also quite self explanatory and designed incredibly efficiently and intuitively. Interactions with their staff were simply outstanding and employees make sure you feel at home and at ease. The focus in this hotel is clearly and really about the guest and as a couple that is on the spectrum , we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small but cute, quiet and clean. We walked 2 minutes to the airport (which is 4 minutes for straight people) and the friendly barista made our morning with a fantastic coffee.
Absolut highlights were their check in and check out procedure, the focus mode you can set in the room and the smart system.
Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, AMEDIA Hotel Amsterdam Airport offers pet-friendly accommodation in Schiphol with a 24 hours reception . Guests can enjoy the on-site bar.

Such a lovely property located very close to the TAI convention centre. There is two train stations super close by giving you easy access to the city. Additionally, if you come during the tulip flowering season, the bus to Keukenhof is 50 steps from the hotel.
Room is big and spacious. The room has many amenities available from ironing board and iron, kettle, fridge, glasses etc.
The staff speaks English and Dutch and are very helpful.

This is my third or fourth stay here. It's a very convenient location for me when I visit my son who lives nearby. However the no.13 tram stop is 5mins walk away and takes you to the city centre.. The hotel shuttle to the airport is a good price. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The rooftop bar gives a great view of the city. Rembrantpark is just across the road.

Loved walking streets of Amsterdam. Weather was perfect.
The gateway to the Netherlands, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is one of the world’s busiest international passenger terminals and is home to the Dutch national airline – KLM.
The airport sits on reclaimed land around 3 metres below sea level on the site of a former huge inland lake. In fact, the name Schiphol may mean 'ship grave', a reference to the ships that would periodically be sunk in its turbulent waters.
A train station serving many Dutch cities lies beneath the terminal building which houses a mini Rijksmuseum exhibition, reference library with multilingual books, and plenty of shops selling the ubiquitous clogs, tulip bulbs and cheese.
Booking.com’s range of Schiphol Airport hotels includes several within the airport grounds. Others are in neighbouring Hoofddorp, a town also within the area of the former lake, whose De Eersteling windmill overlooks a dike encircling a former fort.
Another windmill – the Molen van Sloten – is across a canal from Badhoevedorp on the airport’s north side. To the east the huge Amsterdamse Bos forest is a haven of peace and tranquillity (apart from the occasional aircraft!) and borders Amstelveen. To the south-west is Aalsmeer, a town set on the huge Westeinderplassen Lake, and whose massive flower auction house receives daily consignments from all over the world.

I live in Germany and travel on business from Schiphol over the last 25 years. Schiphol is well organized and structure. It features short walkways to Terminals. Security checks durations are predictable and typically go prompt. You can get good snacks and meals in a variety of caffes and restaurants. I love Starbucks right in the middle of arrivals hall. I also love going for shopping - Rituals, Victoria Secrets, Electronics, travel bags, cosmetics, books and accessories.

It helps to have a little fore - knowledge about the airport for ease of finding your way. It's very well organized and has good small fresh food places . As far as airports go it is well planned, well laid out and very manageable.

The only thing I had problems with was locating pick up area for Uber cars. I lost my pick up and had to take taxi.
It is usually a friendly airport for travelers.
For the rest I have nothing to complain about

Arriving at midnight is a nightmare and there is no other...
Arriving at midnight is a nightmare and there is no other option for my travel. No staff available. Entire airport is closed up. Signage is terrible. A 10 hr layover is far from ideal and having no other options other than the $300/night Yotel (have to check out at 7am) or uncomfortable benches to sit on is just horrible.
I missed a connection in Amsterdam, and the next available flight was early the next morning. Instead of spending the night on the floor in the airport, I looked on the Internet for a nearby hotel. It is a little confusing that there are three ibis hotels, but I can certainly recommend this one. The shuttle was easy to find, the staff was very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant served a fabulous meal - simple but delicious, and beautifully presented. And the price was very reasonable
Lge 2 block hotel joined by corridor several floors up, on wider perimeter of Schiphol Airport. Reached by free shuttle.
Surprisingly and pleasantly quiet despite location also being next to a multi lane road.
Large well equipped en suite room, with comfortable large bed, good quiet a/c , TV, wifi and charge ports, etc.
Spa with small hot swimming pool.
Restaurant crowded as the trattoria was shut and extra guests from a cancelled flight, but staff cheerful and waiting times acceptable; menu reasonable.
We had to spend a night near Amsterdam airport due to a flight cancellation, and I kinda wish we could have stayed here longer! From check in (automated, but with lovely humans around) to the rooms (small, but well equipped with a huge, comfy bed) to the welcoming lounge areas and delicious food (that tasted really home made, not something I would expect from an airport hotel) - citizenM ticked all the boxes.
Who knew that Ibis (pronounced EEE-bis) actually has not one, not two, but three hotels around Schiphol Airport? While this can be a bit confusing for guests (like us) who accidentally got off at the wrong Ibis, the Ibis Styles is a, well, stylish and laid-back hotel that gives transient travelers what they came for, a quick meal, a bed and a drink or two. The restaurant is also decent and the beer, awesome.
The biggest advantage is the location—really 5min by walking. And compraired with the other hotels with the similar distance to the airport, the price is much much cheaper. The room is small, but it is enough for one person. I like the design of the room, and some details ,very friendly. It is a perfect hotel for a short stay(1-2nights)in Amsterdam, especially for the early flight.
Excellent hotel. Shuttle service to/from the airport was great. We were able to use the shuttle service to head back to the airport and take the train into downtown Amsterdam with no problem. Had an early morning flight so it was really nice to stay right there. The hotel is well-priced for its category and feels higher end. Would definitely stay here again!
This hotel is well placed and easily accessible from the airport with a free shuttle bus every 30 min, in the both ways.
From the Airport, very easy to go to city center (station Amsterdam Central) there is trains until very late.
The hotel is located near the airport, but no noise at all. I never heard any flight.
A very good and comfortable option if you travel to or from Amsterdam airport. The only negative point is that there are fewer shuttles to that particular hotel than for the other Ibis, and that coming from the airport, it is the last one to be reached. So the wait may seem long when you arrive from a long flight.
If you need a stopover to sleep inside the airport, it would be convenient. I had a super early flight, but still had to go through passport control when switching terminals in the morning so probably staying at a more comfortable and cheaper hotel outside the actual airport would have saved as much time.
The rooms were nice and tidy.
The hotel was very hygienic
The breakfast was really good and there were a lot of different options for everyone.
The airport shuttle is well organised and the hotel location is perfect if you need to be in the business district of schiphol
Very nice rooms. Friendly staff and close to the Airport. The hotel is also very close to the Amsterdam bos and that is so beautiful.
The rooms are new and the hotel looks very modern. Absolute worth booking if you need to fly out the next day.
I loved that the room had everything: a kettle, a great ironing device and board (we had to go to a wedding the day after and really needed that).
Also the transfer from Schiphol Airport to the hotel is really convenient!
The location at Schiphol Airport is perfect, we were able to take our early flight with a good rest at the hotel. The breakfast is currently being delivered at the room, but it was great. Room service was very efficient.
Nice hotel in the airport. very smart (self check in) and friendly environment. Although is the cheapest accommodation in Schiphol is still overpriced for one person x night.
The location of the hotel is literally inside the Airport terminal with a lot of options to eat at the airport terminal, the train station is just 5 mins from the hotel.
Very close to the airport terminal, the bed was so comfortable and the room very spacious, the hotel is so good we have booked for return visit later this year
