The breakfast was good and I enjoyed that you could make your own fruit and vegetable juice and there was a good variety to choose from. My room was big and I like the recycle concept throughout the hotel. It felt modern but in keeping of the area. I would definitely stay here again if in Tirano. The staff were helpful and approachable

Tirano was a lovely little town.

We enjoyed wandering around the older parts of town. The cathedral was beautiful and open to view inside. The entire town is walkable, no need to hire a car. There was a variety of places to eat and drink. The location of the train station made it easy to come and go.

Tirano is a very nice town.
Tirano is a very nice town. It is very well connected with other parts of Italy by train. Also, the main attraction is the Bernina Express, which departs hourly from the Swiss Train Station, which is opposite the TrenItalia train station. What a gorgeous little town right by the rushing river.
What a gorgeous little town right by the rushing river. Fascinating buildings and great food ( had a great pizza at LETI DI PILONI AXEL by the station. Only stayed overnight after coming from Chur on the Bernina line then on to Rome but could easily have spent a week here. Everything walkable.

Lovely town in the valley, surrounded by beautiful wooded mountains. The old town is great and the connection to the Rhaetian Railway and the beautiful Bernina line are not to be missed! Spacious, comfy apartment. The staff on the reception in the nearby Stelvio hotel (who was handling the check-in for this property) was very friendly, we were staying there on Monday and Wednesday and they managed that we could stay in the same room and use the same entrance code, so there was no need for additional check-in and going to the reception once again. Niccolo and Martina are warm and charming hosts, their genuine friendly service made our stay so enjoyable. The property is steeped in history, clean and very comfortable. It is a short walk from the centre of Tirano and train station. Highly highly reccommend and cant wait to return!

It is about 19 minutes walk from the main train station which way great. The breakfast was great. We were even offered fresh berries from their garden. How great is that? Super friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel and would come again if we are ever in Tirano.
