The hotel is near the Citadel. The breakfast was very good with Romanian traditional homemade products. The room was big enough and it was cleaned every day.

Sighisoara is a walled medieval city with beautiful architecture. The Sighisoara Hotel serves absolutely wonderful food all day. You can easily walk the whole city. I would not go to the Dracula room, which is a hokey haunted house-type thing with bats and a vampire that sits up in his coffin. I was hoping for a history of Vlad Dracul.

I love the citadel and I always go back with excitement. Just to walk around, climb up to the church and admire the view, visit the Clock Tower, and hang around in this lovely part of the city is great. A lot of cozy terraces full of good places to eat and have a beer makes me come back every other year.

This is a wonderful city to explore for the history and the great food options. The cobble stone streets, the old fortress, multiple churches, and museums offer many places to explore on foot. The restaurant selection is excellent. We enjoyed every restaurant we visited and felt the food, service, and quality were outstanding.

The old city with its towers (Clock Tower, Tinsmiths' Tower, Butchers' Tower, Tailors' Tower, Furriers' Tower, Ironsmiths' Tower etc), as well as the wooden staircase are something you should not miss. The old city starts at 5 minutes walking distance from Binderbubi Hotel. You can spend there about one-two hours (depending on your schedule) and thereafter you can stop to eat something at one of the restaurants in the area. We opted for Gasthouse Altepost.

Friendly people, not too busy and limited traffic. It has enough to get you by
Turgu Mureş is the place to go for shopping (if that is your thing), and other entertainment such as clubs, cinema etc and is 1hr by bus/maxi taxi
If you like peace, history, walking and exploring or, you just want to get away, then Sighişoara is a good place to visit.

Sighişoara is utterly charming.
Sighişoara is utterly charming. A truly beautiful small town full of bright, colourful, historical architecture. Around every corner is another pretty cobbled lane filled with picture-perfect painted buildings. The crowning glory is its 14th Century Clock Tower.
We visited out of season (early Oct 2023) and it was perfect. Lovely blue skies, warm enough to walk around without a coat during the day but cool in the evenings. At night we'd wrap up warm so we could sit outside to eat and take in the beautiful town. The food is hearty and the restaurants we visited provided blankets for those sat outside.
We stayed for 2 nights in the old town and wish we could have stayed longer. Most people only visit for a few hours because it's tiny but for us, we were so glad we didn't do this, we like to travel slower than most.
I would love to return to this beautiful town.
The breakfast buffet was simple but very good. We had exactly what we wanted. The staff was very friendly. The hotel and the room were very clean. The room we were in was very large and the bathroom was large and updated. We didn’t realize we would have a jacuzzi tub in our bathroom. There was also a small refrigerator in the room. The air condition worked perfectly and we had full control of the temperature of our room, something that we don’t always have in Romania. We had a very nice stay.
We really enjoyed our stay: The host was very friendly, she even offered some liquor.
The room was very clean and well furnished. The bed was comfortable.
There is a small refrigerator and coffee maker (no microwave or kitchennette)
The room is located in the near city of Albesti which is 10 minutes far from Sighisoara center. We preferred that way because it was easier to park (it is possible to park inside) and with no noise during the night
The guest house is charming, especially the restaurant and breakfast room. Our double room was a bit rustic, but functional and comfortable enough for a few nights. We were glad to have air conditioning and small refrigerator. Hotel provided bottle water. There is no kettle in the room, but hot water was available in the breakfast room early in the morning and throughout the day.
The restaurant was excellent, good food at a reasonable price.
We loved EVERYTHING. Amazing room, very clean, (warm room, we stayed here in February). Amazing bed, very comfy pillows (multiple pillows, each of us choose a different kind of pillow). Very tasty and fresh breakfast. We also had dinner in the hotel, a 10 out of 10. We highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay here if we travel to Sighișoara.
One of the best experiences I had in a Romanian hotel, it's very cozy. The breakfast is a MUST, do not miss it.
The staff was more than friendly, they even gave a tour of the property and presented facts about the restoration of the beautiful property, along with a short history lesson on the wonderful 17th century frescoes on its walls.
+ Great location to visit Sighisoara, we could park in front of the hotel and they helped with the ticket.
+ Nice and silent room, confortable bed and temperature.
+ Shower was nice :)
+ Breakfast was great!! And the hotel staff very friendly, helpful and nice :)
I would recommend this place to stay in Sighisoara.
Neat and quiet accommodation. The hotel is located uptown in Sighisoara right in the middle of the old city center. Cars need to be parked downhill - which is not complicated, yet requires payment and a 3 minutes walk to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks for the easy check-in in the late evening!
Lovely small single room with great out of season prices for a sole traveller. Lovely hotel right near the citadel square. Cosy, clean and warm. Recommended. View from single room single room atrick window onto main square. Good for single travellers who don't want to be in a hostel.
Very nice hotel, close to the city center (5 min walk). The staff was very friendly and very helpful and the room was very clean. They have a big parking lot, so if you’re driving by car that’s worth mentioning. It’s definitely one of the best hotels in Sighisoara.
The hotel staff was great, position of the hotel is great, only 8 minutes walk to the citadel, breakfast was great, they were very nice with our Pomeranian small puppy, very welcoming and the room was according to the description and photos.
A plus was the fact that the hotel was situated in the center of Sighisoara, close to all points of interest. However, Sighisoara is very small and other hotels also are placed in the center of town.
We didn't serve breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but we served dinner. It's a nice, clean spot, the service was friendly and pleasant, but sadly, the food was uniformly terrible.
I liked the style of the hotel and the location is good. If you want to park there is a parking where you pay 10lei for the whole day, or 2lei for 1hour
