The cleaning staff were lovely and approachable and had my room organized before the check-in time, which was good because my flight to Rockhampton was disastrous and I really needed to have a place to rest due to my mental health condition.
The some of the Bar staff were also good, polite and considerate. On the other hand some Management were not so polite, and at times, alittle rude.
The room was ok, and met my needs requirement. And the meals were good and reasonably priced.

Very central location. Beds were comfortable. Apartment we were upgraded to was a good size with nice furniture, full size fridge and a safe. Pool was nice.
