A lovely quiet tranquil location with plenty of room to explore and abundant wildlife on shore and in the sea. Loved the setting and huge fig trees out front. Kitchen facilities were good and a few pantry staples was great.

Its a very beautiful and peaceful place to look at but apart from nature watching and kayaking the lagoon itself doesn't have a lot of tourist experience at its doorstep. In saying that most attractions are within an hours drive and most days of our holiday where a day trip to tourist destinations nearby.

Peaceful, comfortable house with superb views from the living areas and front balcony. Kangaroos come to the water each morning and evening, and you will spot goannas and wallabies and roos on the driveway. You will share the wet areas of the house with millipedes and small lizards, but this is a small price for living in nature with comfort! Shower pressure is good and beds comfortable. Kitchen large and well-equipped. Highly recommended for a Kangaroo Island holiday!JaniceAustralia
