Nothing. Unexpected as we had previous used the motel. Lack of assistance from the manager following identification of the room being unsuitable and the lack of motel/ away from home accommodation type appearance. Dirty, and safety risks, physical and other. Did not present as a professional motel but as social govt housing & other. The service provider did not provide alternatives or engagement for discussion on customer relations. We choose not to stay in the room or the facility. . The receptionist upon return of us to return key and discuss the next morning was very appropriate. .
