We felt great at the Magical Hotel!
We had a family room with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was very varied and the staff very kind and friendly, also the reception staff. Although we arrived earlier, they did our check-in in the morning and they helped us with all the requests we had, including the reservation for a Greek night.
When we left, they offered us a very nice gift. I warmly recommend this hotel.

The Atrium Hotel is truly spectacular!! Their photos online really do not do it justice. When we arrived, we were shown around the hotel and given a welcome drink while our bags were taken up to our room. The view over their stunning pool of the bay in front is exquisite. They have a very nice, well-stocked bar and their restaurant, where one can sit overlooking the pool and the bay is one of the nicest we’ve experienced so far in Greece!
Their buffet breakfast is also of a very high quality.
The best part was the hot tub and private outside area that our room had. Room service brought us Prosecco and beers to enjoy in the tub. It was truly idyllic.
Thank you to the friendly, wonderful staff who made the next stop on our honeymoon so great!!

The house is close to the bus station and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by and everything can be reached easily by foot. The host was there when we arrived, so we received the key from her directly. The host was very helpful and provided lots of information around our stay in Skiathos. The beds are very comfy and room service is available every day to make the beds and provide new towels and bed linen regularly as needed. It is a quiet place and the AC is working properly, which was important during the hot days and nights in July when we were there.
Featuring a pool with a snack bar amidst its palm-tree garden, Elsa Hotel lies within 500 metres from the sandy Megali Ammos Beach in Skiathos.

A pleasant resort with a fantastic beach, which has busy as well as quiet areas.
Some nice restaurants spread along the main road and back lanes, but not always the real Greek taverna style. Surrounding countryside is beautiful and there are some lovely walks, but beware some accommodation is a long way from the beach and main road. There is no pavement along the main road, so when walking you have to be wary of cars, busses and lorries.
Great to be near bus stop 16.

Typical greek village strung along a main road but with supermarkets and lots of hotels and tavernas, and a few quiet side roads with bars and tavernas. Beach is really good, one of the nicest I have ever been to. Loads of sunbeams for more but enough free sand to just take a towel. Great bus links very frequent from Skiathos town to koukounaries and everything in between.

The beach is so nice and clean and there quite a few amazing hotels and restaurants there. Agia Paraskevi is midway between Skiathos town and the popular beaches in the east (Koukounaries, Agia Eleni and Banana Beaches).

Lovely beach - very sandy bay -clear warm sea. Sloping sandy beach.

Lots of restaurants/bars and supermarkets.
Highly recommend Green Park restaurant - great food and services and very reasonable prices.
Not too noisy but plenty going on.
Excellent bus service to town and rest of island
Great location - hard to beat.
the room was spacious and had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable and the balcony was fantastic. The room was exceptionally clean and was cleaned every day
Christos was very helpful and met me on arrival and leaving and during the stay asked if everything was ok.
the apartments are ideally located with a few mins walk to the beach, several tavernas within walking distance and near the bus stop to Skiathos Town and Koukanaris
Everyone we met was so helpful and just wanted us to have a nice holiday
We returned this year to Golden Evelyn, this time with a 10 months baby, and we had the same great experience as the previous one. Christos, the host, has been always there for us, he facilitated the airport transfer and also helped us rent a car that has been brought directly to the location. We highly recommend this facility for all that it offers - cleanliness, spacious apartment, proximity to the beach, tavernas, supermarkets, and the most important thing, the great host!
Just back from an absolutely wonderful stay in Villa Frideriki. This is without doubt the prettiest, most comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Agia Paraskevi…if not Skiathos!
Elena is the most amazing host, nothing is too much for her and her lovely family. The room was immaculately clean and Elena was always on hand offering recommendations for things to do on the island. We couldn’t have wished for anything more. Thank you for a lovely holiday 😘
Great location next to Bus Stop 16 which is a €2 trip per person into Skiathos or Koukounaries Beach. Deluxe apartments are newly renovated and very very nice. Agia Paraskevi beach (all sand) is over the road. Sunbeds available and a kiosk 100m away. We left on 1 July and the cafe serving the sunbeds was still a few days from opening. Restaurant that is part of the complex is very good and everyone is super friendly.
Wonderful and friendly staff, amazing property, exceptionally clean and great location. The hotel has a refreshing pool and is very close to a beautiful beach, from bus stop 16, which is right around the corner you can reach the town of Skiathos easily in 15-20 minutes. The room had a very nice interior and was pretty new. Breakfast was good aswell. Over all a great stay!
Loved the garden room amd the open spaces with grass. We traveled with a puppy so made it very easy. The taverna was delicious and the included breakfast was great too. Staff was mostly on top of things and friendly and helpful. All in all a very good experience. The location is great too. Close to town amd on a beautiful beach.
Staff were very welcoming and would do anything for you. The apartment was cleaned every morning.
Great variety of breakfast. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers around the pool. Large gardens with palm trees,. Location was fantastic with a bus stop right outside taking you directly to Skiathos Town and all the beaches.
Everything was perfect. The amazing views, the gorgeous gardens, the sparking cleanliness of the rooms and the shared places, the extremely nice hosts Vasilis and Anna Maria. You feel like you are at home. We will definitely come back to this place and recommend it to each friend who visits Skiathos.
Exceptional breakfast. Location next to the sea. Friendly personnel and ready to assist if it the case. Unfortunately we had 2-3 days of severe weather conditions (extreme rains and flooding), but the Hotel did their best to ease up are stay even under these conditions. I strongly recommend
The hotel is beautifully designed, stylishly furnished and run with a very personal touch. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is delicious and the pool area is clean and comfortable. We loved staying at the Magic Hotel.
Close to bus stop and the closest beach is only 300m away, you can rent motorbikes directly from the owner, really good restaurants of the island like Crazy Rooster, Calma are also close to the property at a 10 minute walk
It was a nice hotel room with amazing view on the valley and the sea. They cleaned the room perfectly every day. The staff was nice and it also wasn't far away from the beach and the bus stop! We had a great time there
Beautiful location and apartments. Close to a really nice beach and the surroundings is to die for! Many great tavernas nearby, and easy to get around with the bus (bus stop is really close).
Good location near the beach, nice view. We liked the breakfast where the waiters were very helpful and attentive. The head waiter Julian who helped us with special dietary requirements
