There was a family in the room above me who had a child that...
There was a family in the room above me who had a child that kept running around the room for hours. I went to the front desk for assistance the first time I think about 10:30. I was told that I could not change rooms, (even though there were plenty of empty parking spots) and he would speak with the people in that room. It did not stop. I went back to the front desk I think around 1:00 and the employee told me that he would talk to the people again. When he spoke with them the second time they told him that the child was in bed, which wasn't true since he kept running around the room. I told the employee that I really needed sleep and did I need to sleep in my car? He told me that I could speak with the owner the next morning around 9:00 but this did not help me since I needed to leave the hotel before that time. The bottom line is that I did not sleep at all that night because of the situation and I am still very unhappy about it.HS - 6.0Scored 6.0

Requested downstairs due to a recent fall and they were able to accommodate. I like that they were strict with visitors; this way no over crowding on parking or possible loud noise issues. It was quiet.

The hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the international airport, and has lots of parking. A continental breakfast was ready exactly at 0600 am. It was a great value for our money!
