I don't like the fact that I had to Pay twice for the room. I paid an upfront Price for it when I booked it and then when I got there , i had to pay it again because the Manager couldn't find a record of the payment so I Had to Pay it again.

I love that the pool is open late but I wish it was open just a tad later, that’s the biggest reason we stay at the hotel and the kids love to swim as long as they can. Most of the staff was very nice.
