I love the Arlington area.
I love the Arlington area. I come here every year for the Cowboys Games. I now know my way around Arlington. This has everything you need if you don't plan on going out side of Arlington. Tons to do from eating out at a restaurant, movies, shopping, nail salons. You name it.

The hotel was undergoing renovation.
The hotel was undergoing renovation. The in room phone did not work and there was no effort to fix it during our stay. The water pressure was awful. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The in room hair dryer didn't work. Did not offer in room wifi.

Only went for Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor, this trip was for the kid. The kid had a great time, probably enjoyed HH more. As an adult, I found most of the staff at Six Flags to be utterly lacking in simple courtesy or offering any sense of customer service at all. A couple of the ride monitors barely spoke English, which is very disconcerting if one has a question about one of the more advanced rides. We won’t be going back. I’m sure Arlington has a lot more to offer in entertainment for grown-ups, though, and I’ll be up for that.

Loved how Six Flags Over Texas, Texas Live!, and all the stadiums are literally within minutes of each other. So many great things to experience and see. The tour of the AT&T home of the Cowboys stadium is a must, as well as Texas Live! The Rangers Republic restaurant in there had fantastic food and service, the Margarita Fest looked like a blast, and all the sports monitors and fun games in the Sports & Social bar is a great way to unwind and have fun with family or friends.
It was ok but we encountered bed bugs. My brother woke up with bed bug bites all over him. I informed the staff and we were given another room. We woke up the next morning with roaches on the bed. We had expected to enjoy some breakfast and coffee and they had no service at all like they had advertised. Our stay at the hotel was very poor. I do hope they can improve their situation.
Amazing stay. Especially for the price. Went to a festival to see at boygenius and clairo, didn’t get to the hotel until around 1am and had a smooth check in. Room was very clean, bathroom was nice and had good lighting as well. There’s plenty of desk space and a tv. Lots of options for breakfast, love a good hotel breakfast bar. Nice stay for our first time in Dallas!!!
The hotel is nice. Our room was a little under the weather. The carpet is pulled in many places the smell of marijuana lingered from other guest or someone on the same floor- not 100% sure.
Overall, it was nice, comfortable and quiet. It is close to all sport things and great resturants which we enjoyed on our short visit.
Room was clean and comfortable. Could control our AC in room. Pillows were comfortable. Staff was helpful checking in. Breakfast selection was good. Felt safe in parking lot at night. Will be staying here again. All of these are the most important thing to me about a hotel. The pros of this place highly outweigh the cons.
My granddaughter and I came to visit the Taylor Swift display at the Arlington Museum of Art. I wanted to be sure we stayed at a clean and reliable hotel. Hyatt Place-Dallas/Arlington was exactly what I wanted. Great room and a surprisingly good breakfast buffet. Very pleased with this hotel!
Location of the hotel was excellent! We could walk to the ball games and loved Texas Live being right there as well with many options. The room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant/bar/pool/staff within the hotel were all excellent! Would definitely stay here again.
The staff was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I travel a lot for work to Arlington almost weekly and this stay offered the best hospitality. The hotel is great and the staff are wonderful.
