Staff was dressed very unprofessional.
Staff was dressed very unprofessional. Cleaning staff had their children with them while cleaning rooms. Our room didn’t have a remote for the TV & it took 30 plus minutes for them to bring us one.

Great location with all the restaurants and shopping places...
Great location with all the restaurants and shopping places within walking distance. I come every year for my volleyball championships in the Columbus Convention center downtown. Only 12 minutes away.

We asked for, and received, extra coffee pods to have for the morning. There are TONS of places right near the hotel to get something to eat. Super quick access to the highway. It was super quiet despite the hotel being at capacity. Check out is at 11, unlike 10 at many other places.. Finally, and most importantly for me, the entire staff was super friendly, kind and helpful!! Especially Ms. Liz at the front desk!TJ and JLUnited States

The husband has eye surgery in the morning and they allowed us to check in a little early so he could get right back to sleep. Having the restaurant right at the hotel was nice so we didn't have to leave the property with him just having had surgery.
