No hot water in sink. They sent someone to fix it and he supposedly did…but no, not hot water at bathroom sink entire time.
The tub was clogged, standing water about 3” during a shower. He was able to unclog that.
They refunded parking for our trouble since we couldn’t even park where they said we could for the $15.00 fee.
I think the entire stay (one night) should have been credited.

I attended a BDay Party at The Mill Restaurant.
I attended a BDay Party at The Mill Restaurant. The food was good and the live entertainment that night was exceptional.
I would also recommend the nightclub Rascals if you are looking for a great night of entertainment.

Location was great!
Location was great! Room could have been cleaner & with working bathroom handles, the black stains around tub were gross, the tub handle didn’t work properly so your shower ended up being where ever the handle fell too (cold water!) the room smelled! Would have not said anything until I was double charged for the room! Called customer service (sent messages to all parties) front desk were just defiant and argumentative and would not correct the price I was quoted on BOoking .com so instead of $ 169. I was quoted (paperwork also sent to parties) I was charged $319.! No one could fix! Hotel blamed booking and booking said it was hotel. So basically I’m out the extra money!! Just stay at your own risk ⚠️

I feel like Worcester is an up and coming city, like it’s getting an upgrade. My daughter and son in law will be here for the next 4 years, so I’m sure we will be visiting again. We ate at 111 Chop House and The Sole Proprietor, which were both excellent. Found an excellent Polish grocery/meat shop and bakery on Millbury st. Lots of cute shops. Can’t wait to try other eating spots next time we are there.

Worcester is fine, the hotel is not. Laundry, pool.
Worcester is fine, the hotel is not. Laundry, pool. Gym all were out of order. Breakfast was an orange and a muffin. There were cigarette butts everywhere and lots of shopping carts. Towels were not changed.

Every coffee shop we tried to go into was closed down on the weekends. The bakery closed before we got there as well which was early on a Saturday afternoon. There was nothing to do in the area except walk on a hot day. Mostly a business area.
The manager was very rude to me and other people staying at the hotel. She screamed at me because I walked out of my room in socks to grab a spoon from the breakfast area. She could have handled that more professionally by just saying please don't enter the area unless you are wearing shoes I was only there for less than 30 seconds to grab a spoon and she embarrassed me in front of everyone having breakfast. Also our remote for the tv didn't work in our room
The bed was comfortable and there were lots of outlets in the room. The room was spacious. It was also nice to have the mini fridge (though note: it has no freezer) and microwave. They tout the "renovation," but the AC in the room is LOUD and the vent in the bathroom is like a jumbo jet taking off! Makes for a non-ideal bathroom experience. Otherwise the room/hotel was fine, not great, not bad.
I wish all the hotels to be at the same high service level as Hampton Inn&Suites in Worcester!! Amazing place with beautiful and modern design, big and spacious room, pool area, 24-hour gim, polite and professional staff, tasty and varied options for breakfast!
The hotel's unique round design with doors towards the middle of the building allows for every room to feel like a "corner" room. Everything is spacious and roomy. and the Bathrobes are quite nice.
The hotel is dog-friendly, centrally located at a walking distance from the art museum (worth visiting!!!), has free parking. The rooms are spacious, clean, with very nice bath tub. Free parking.
The Inn is beautiful. It was decorated for the holiday season. I really liked room #4. The room has its own bathroom/tub with a lift off shower head (wish all hotels had these!)
The hotel was family friendly, modern, spotless clean. The locaton is just perfect with parking facility. I would definitely stay there again on my next stay.
