The location was very convenient for us, since we were staying in Chicago for less than 24h and had a very early flight (at 6am) on the next day. They have 24h suttle service from and to the airport that worked very well for us. They even offered it to us when we had to go to the city, so we could take the subway directly from the airport, instead of taking an aditional bus. The staff was helpful and the room was spacious and clean.

The Hotel is good value for money especially for families. They serve a hot breakfast every morning and coffee is available 24/7 for guests. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus. The room is spacious and very quiet. The main drawback is the location that is far from everything even the airport. If you rent a car it is not a big deal as parking is available on-site but without it, you would have to rely on the shuttle to get to the airport and then to downtown from the CTA. Otherwise, a decent hotel for the price.
