Front desk was great.
Front desk was great. Persons at the breakfast area cannot speak English. Juice was out and not refilled. First floor entrance was void if anyone or direction as to where check on was. Faucet on sink was loose and ready to fall off. The breakfast itself was garbage and the area around thd hotel was poor.

The money came off my account since June 21 st 2023 and when I returned to my country saw that the spring hill suite by Marriot deducted again a 7 night stay . I paid 2 times for my stay . I contacted the hotel about an hour ago but the front desk said to call the manager tomorrow . I’m very frustrated at the moment . Since we arrived late and did not have much time to explore...
Since we arrived late and did not have much time to explore the area. We were told that there is a pizza restaurant about two blocks from the hotel. Since we did not find it, we asked a gas station attendant, he mentioned that the pizza was the best there. Gave us direction. Both these people who worked on the same street, did not know the restaurant was closed down. We met three individuals going on cruise coming back with leftovers. They recommended the Fish Grill restaurant next to our hotel. We found the food tasty. There is a Grumpy Gary restaurant opening soon, not far from the closed pizza restaurant.JudyCanada

Wish housekeeping did their job correctly and nicely. The front desk staff was very kind and nice.
