When first arrived the front desk lady was very rude then proceeded to the room which you can tell had not been cleaned food left from last guest in fridge bathroom floor was FILTHY with dog hair human hair dog food was even left on the floor had no phone in the room to call and let front desk know.even still decided to give it another shot next morning but change our room hoping it would be better so booked online for a king suite with whirlpool .When was time to check in go to the lobby in which the front desk lady states they do not have our room that we booked due to guest staying another night and the other room was booked for next three days so we had nothing ask her ok what are you doing to fix this she says that's not her job I need to call who I booked out with ummm excuse me that is your job you don't have what you said you would have .moral of story horrible hotel and horrible employees top it off they did not want to refund my money said they did have a room for me so basically said I was lying wow

We spent most of our time between the hotel and the local community center during this trip, as we were in the area for a event with our daughters We did spend time visiting a few shops and local restaurants. Every area we visited was nice and the people in the area were all friendly. Ruffly a hour from the nearest beach access but very easy to find and get to.

The location is close to the military bases, yet not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of Ft Walton Beach. It was a little hard to access the hotel due to heavy traffic on the highway, a traffic light would have been helpful. Lots of eating establishments within short driving distances. I loved the location.
I loved the location. I dislike the fact wearing mask and social distancing was not enforced. I dislike the fact the facility ran out of towels and food. I dislike the fact that my room was dirty upon check-in so I vacuum, cleaned, and change the sheets myself.

I didn't stay 10 minutes. The manager was rude and racist. The taxi driver told us that the call Crestview Crest-tucky! I asked him why and he said because it's a Red neck's town just like Kentucky. We laughed because a white taxi driver told us that. And I had that experience in person while at this hotel.
