I like the size of the room the view was great!
I like the size of the room the view was great! The ice machine was NOT WORKING on my floor. I HATED THE LOUD DISRUPTED NOISE! We drove from Boston to attend a social event that lasted until 1 am or so and needed to rest for the drive back home. And we were ROBBED OF THAT!

The bus service from my hotel to downtown Hartford is pretty good and the driver's are very nice as well. I didn't stay very long so I can't give much of an info..but it is nice that my hotel is near a coke manufacturing plant. But the highlight of this trip is I was able to get to last night Hartford Wolfpack game on time.

My two favorite spots to visit are Rentschler Field and Wickham Park! As a UConn Huskies Fan, watching football at RF is quite the experience!
For those who want to experience 280 acres of natural beauty, wild birds, and animals, picnic areas, and the most amazing gardens, THIS is the place to go! May is my favorite month when the lilacs are in full bloom and my favorite garden is The Irish Garden.

East Hartford has a lot of activities for everyone to enjoy...
East Hartford has a lot of activities for everyone to enjoy and it is close to Manchester which has the best dining, shopping, cultural, and social activities.....something for EVERYONE!
I highly recommend that everyone should go to Wyckham Park at least once in their lifetime. The scenery is breathtaking and they welcome all ages and provide an atmosphere of relaxation and fun for all - even those with sensory issues. They have a playground for the kids; a small zoo with various birds and animals. They also have a Sensory Garden for those needed an extra quiet place to relax. They have a snackbar with limited fare, however, guests are able to bring their own food with them. The price of admission (under $10 per vehicle), gives you access to the park for the entire day where you can even bring your own games to play on their vast grounds. They do have an area on the upper side of the park where they book parties and weddings because of the gorgeous scenery around them. The staff is very friendly and the park is impeccably well-maintained. Make sure you bring your camera because you can enjoy thousands of different species of flowers, trees, and birds. My two favorite gardens are The Irish Garden and the Sensory Garden because of my heritage and my autistic son loves nature with its sounds and smells. Don't miss it!

I can not say anything positive of this place.
I can not say anything positive of this place. It was dirty, the only employee seen was really rude. Breakfast was awful, the coffee looked more like dirty water and the pastries were hard as a rock. It was bad, really bad.
The location was great for our purposes of visiting the downtown Mark Twain house etc. We were able to walk on the Riverwalk to the downtown area. It was very pretty.
The front desk staff when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. When we entered our room the smoke alarm battery was going off. It was promptly fixed.
The breakfast area, lobby, and hallways were clean. The outdoor maintenance seems to be kept up on.
We had a little kitchenette which was nice. The room was very spacious.
Breakfast at this hotel was consistently prepared and good. It included hot oatmeal (my favorite) and a two types of waffle batter each day, which my daughter looked forward to each day. There were also 2 waffle iron (mini & standard). There was fresh fruit, herbal teas, muffins, hot bar, etc. We were there 4 days and only skipped one day of breakfast bc we needed to get out early. Saved me a bunch of money too!
There were a few good things about this hotel, but not enough to make up for all the bad things. On the plus side, the shower was great—excellent pressure, lots of hot water and a free-flowing drain. We liked that the sink with large vanity was outside the bathroom. Christian at the front desk was very professional and worked hard to be helpful and address concerns.
The room was clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants, health care centres, bus and train stations
The staff was pleasant. Big up to Sonia who prepared our breakfast she was pleasant and helpful
They need to fixing in bathroom, everything old the stuff and I don’t understand why they can’t afford to buy bedding sheet for beds. They used only window decorations for bed!. This isn’t good
The name is program, EconoLodge means cheap rooms, which are clean but very dated. For the price we payed surely adequate but it is definitely not a fancy hotel.
