1. Towels needs to be replaced. Very old, thin and not quite absorbent any longer. Not too white, kind of beige already.
2. breakfast was terrible. Hardly any choice. Practically just coffee and muffins.
3. Poor upkeep of the surroundings, carpets needs vacuuming, especially the stairs going up.

Due to protocol required to book pool time. We were told capacity would be 15. I booked 3 rooms for total of 7 people. After we were in pool area, staff allowed in an additional 20+ people. We left dues to crowded conditions. At least 4 of the Hand Sanitizers There was candy left in one of our rooms (bed) from previous guest. Daughter had to go to hospital after stay due to what hospital said was most likely a bacterial infection caused by the mushrooms eaten the prior evening at the hotel's restaurant. At checkout, was told that receipt would be emailed to me. Didn't receive it. Called Hotel later that night. Was told they would email it. Never received it. Called next day. Same. Yes, I checked my spam and they had the correct email. Still no receipt.
