Located off Interstate 65, this Saraland hotel is 20 minutes’ drive from central Mobile, Alabama. It features spacious rooms with a 32-inch flat-screen TV and serves a daily continental breakfast.

Apparently the Wyndom computers were down. The lady behind the desk was incredibly unprofessional and rude. She didn’t offer a solution at 1:30 in the morning, didn’t even try. Just stared and me and refused to help. Horrible service. I left there and drove to a La Quinta. Their computer was down too but the lady behind the desk manually checked me in.

    I like the Wintzell's Oyster House Restaurant which was close by and there was a shopping center in the area. If I have to come back to Saraland, I would stay here again. It was a pleasurable stay.

    THE BEDS SLEEP OK...BUT

    THE BEDS SLEEP OK...BUT MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AND BLOOD WAS ON OUR LINEN THE FLOOR WAS NOT VACUUM AND THE COUNTER TOP IN THE BATHROOM WAS NASTY! THE FRONT DESK HELP HAD TO BRING US CLEAN LINENS FOR BOTH BEDS! WE DIDN'T EAT AT THIS LOCATION DUE TO NOT BEING CLEAN! I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY ROOM!

    For an overnight travel stay on the way to your destination it serves the purpose. Breakfast was lacking. One (1) cold hard biscuit with wallpaper paste gravy does not constitute breakfast. Be prepared to stop for breakfast on the road.

    One you got passed the front desk, the facility was a disaster. Because of COVID restrictions you can't view the rooms before paying and once you've paid, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. There is water damage on the ceiling tiles, the floors were filthy, hole in bathroom door in my room had poor repair and paint, sliding closet door was detached from the ceiling at one end, tub had rust in the bottom... this place is literally a flop house. The high rating it received on Booking.com is fraudulent.

    This hotel needs a major cleaning, or staff needs to be trained on cleaning. A/C units need cleaning and filters changed, bad smell from them based on 2 rooms same issues. A little bleach to kill bacteria and mold, with an exterminator to kill the roaches, and remove coffee makers and ice buckets from bathroom....

    Nice town and not to far from Mobile, Alabama.

    Nice town and not to far from Mobile, Alabama. Nice restaurants close by. My husband and I went to the Memorial Park for the USS Alabama battleship and USS Drum submarine. Plan to spend at least 2 hours to see everything.

    Enjoyed our brief visit nice clean hotel , everything seemed in order I would stay again and no problem recommending this place well placed for everything local and access to I -65 . Rooms are of good size beds very comfortable good pillow selection .

    The room was absolutely disgusting and smelled like mildew. The shower had yellow standing water in it. It’s not even that cheap or a hotel. We paid almost $300 for two nights. The least we could’ve had was NO MILDEW IN OUR ROOM.

    The breakfast was way better than the average hotel breakfast. The breakfast lady kept everything so clean. The room is good size. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Nice shower. Room was clean. Everything was so nice.
