The city is this weird mix of Comunist era housing blocks, historic parts, lots of greenery while still very much being "modern Balkan".
It's hard to describe, but I really liked the vibe of this city.

You can hike along the surrounded mountains and have a beautiful view to the city;
You can find many different restaurants in the center, the one I like most is hukic pekara (founded in 1890) who bakes the delicious bread from "charcoal" oven;
No direct bus from the airport to the city;
No clear bike or walking way on the main roads;
Buy a 15GB/5Days simcard for mobile internet with 4 KAMs in the airport once arrival.

Great place to visit and enjoy.
Cousine is excellent. If you are carnivore be sure to order "cevapi" / "cevapcici" in Limenka or Sarajka. Pro tip: they are both great and you can use that spark lokal opinion discussion.
City is evidently prospering and people are positive and polite.
Definite go to.

i hope it is only temporary but the city smelled of creosote, like a train station. dirty, abandoned buildings. seemed almost empty. has a long road to recover. i will never go back to Tuzla...then there is the 6am wake up screaming of some religious temple...blah blah blah blaring from speakers at 06:00. i do not need to be awakened by some superstition

Tuzla in Autumn is just amazing that I didn't expect,the colors attractive me so much,I couldn't stop to take photos. And the weather is perfect,during I stayed even it was just short time but I do really recommend you could visit there if any chance. It's a calm city not for tourist but that's just good to visit to see the real city it should be.
I have tried many places and hotels in different countries, my experience in this house is completely different, the place is very clean and comfortable, it feels like you at your home, the owner of the place, Admir is one of the people who made me love Bosnia, someone who helps you at any time, gives you advice and follows up with you on the journey Constantly, in case you need help, I highly recommend the place, and I will come of course again, thank you for everything.
Lovely spacious apartments well equipped, warm and cozy. You can find everything you might need there, you just feel at home :)
I would like to stay there forever))) If we are in Tuzla again, we will definitely choose this.
The old town is within walking distance, the apartments are located in the same building as the hotel, where there is a restaurant. There is a hypermarket and a swimming pool in the same building.
Perfectly clean, comfortable house, having everything necessary for staying there. Not to far from the city center, parking place provided, cosy garden for enjoying morning/evening coffee, playing cards or yamb as we did.
Easy going communication with Sandra helped us to find the place without navigation🙂.
We sure will go there again, my sincere recommendations for everyone looking for the place to stay in Tuzla❤️
Our host was amazing. Great communication and so helpful. We loved the house and the location...only about a 6 minute drive out of downtown Tuzla, but quiet and away from bustle in the hills. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. You do need a car to get there, and the drive is a little bit narrow but not terrible (we stayed in late Spring).
Amazing apartment, right across the street from a beautiful shopping mall. Very short drive to the town center and Pannonian Lakes. The host is amazing! She waited for us for an hour due to our traffic issues. She was very accommodating, explained everything about the apartment to us. Thia was a very nice experience! 😊 We know where to go next time we come to Tuzla.
the apartment is great. my recommendations! the bed is comfortable, everything inside is new, it is comfortable to live, there is everything you need. Nearby there is a restaurant at the Mellain hotel. Many thanks to the owner of the apartment for the hospitality and for the help.
Great good value for the money and new open hotel in Tuzla is the best option, especially for groups, events. Breakfast is great. Rooms are very clean, bright, and big enough, COVID protection is high-leveled, there are a lot of parking slots. Full recommendation.
it’s clean ,big place, good location and value for money. you have everything you need in apartment banja. the owner is really great guy he helped me a lot he also picked me from Tuzla airport for extra but better than arguing with taxi drivers
Everything was clean and nice, location is perfect, it is in the center of the city, everything is just a few meters away, and the best restaurant in Tuzla is in the building next to the studio.
Perfect choice, if you want to explore Tuzla. Everything was clean, with good public access to the city center. Very spacious rooms and very kind People. Nice Apartment, highly recommended!
Hotel staff and location were great, and then in the morning, I had a beautiful breakfast. I am thankful for this Hotel experience and can highly recommend to stay here when in Tuzla!
Modern apartment, great location.
The building is new and very close to old core of Tuzla City and its landmarks.
Host was very friendly and helpful.
Highly recommendation.
Great location, 10 min walk from the city center. The apartment is spacious and the furniture is new and stylish. If I stayed in Tuzla again I'd probably book this place.
