Apartment was nice, new and clean. Garden with a small pool and feeling of space (no buildings at the front) are a big advantage. Quiet area and close to the beach and shops makes it a very good location.
Very helpful and friendly owner. All our wishes were fulfilled (eg. additional towels or kitchen equipment). Free bicycles for our disposal let us visit further beached, farmer market e.t.c. Very convenient for somebody who did not come by car.

Everything. It was such a good value for money, the location and food were amazing. The staff was super friendly, and we would have stayed longer if we knew it would be such a good hotel. We arrived very late in the evening after a stressful journey with a 6 month old baby. However, the staff had food waiting for us in our room since we missed dinner. That was such a nice touch and made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The town has been rebuilt, there is no lighting, many potholes and bad streets, there are no parking spaces in the center. It's very crowded. Many people, serious traffic jams when entering and exiting. Damage to the car from the potholes. Its advantages are that there are many places to stay, small hotels and several restaurants. Main advantage - close to many nice beaches. Sithonia is lovely, but I miss the tranquility of Mount Athos. It's packed with people and that leads to difficult food reservations, slow check-in and check-out, and other inconveniences.emiliyaBulgaria - 10Scored 10

Very nice small town.
Very nice small town. Beachfront makes the atmosfere, with nice hotels, apartments, restaurants. Places like Assano, adds a glamour for a complete picture. More signs are needed on the streets, as one can easily lost himself with a lot of oneway streets..

The hosts were really good and supportive with any questions. Even though the checkout was at 10 am, they let us stay till the arrival of our bus. One of the workers helped us a lot with translation from Greek to English. So if you are a couple of travelers who need a convenient apartment near the sea and don't want to pay overpriced hotels and don't mind walking 10 minutes to a beach this is the right choice for you.AnnaGreece

The garden is very well maintained, there are all the facilities airconditiooners, all necessary kitchen staff and compliments with coffee, croissants, muffins, and cold drinks in the fridge. The host took care during the whole stay, and his amazing parents did a very warm welcome and a goodbuy. We really enjoyed our stay and we are highly recommending the Private Paradise in Nikiti.

To Nikiti beach you need to walk maybe 10 minutes but if you are with a car you shouldn't care about that anyway. The room, the yard, the pool are cleaned constantly and every day. The location is great, right on the main street that leads to the beach and where all the souvenir shops in Nikiti are. Great place from where you can go around Sithonia and visit some traditional places like Nikiti village, St. Nicholas or go to Athos.
