The location was good - set back a couple of roads from the beachfront meant it was peaceful, yet within easy walking distance from the front. Our host was friendly and helpful, and check in was quick and simple.

The big outside pool did not work in the winter, not a heating one. Massage therapy extra price normal prices quality treatment. Permission for grown up kids to enter the pool granted. Rooms spacious. Marvellous view to the pools and the sea but also to the mountain. Tennis court football field available free of charge convenient enough. I think Kamena Vourla is fine for a long weekend or three days. You can have a traditional family holiday relaxing by the pool, walking around, and eating together, if you like. If you want to ride a bike or drive to nearby landmarks, that is possible, too. If you are taking the waters, your doctor may suggest longer. 3 days twice a day is a good start.

Unfortunately we did not like Kamena Vourla.
Unfortunately we did not like Kamena Vourla. It has a feeling of a holiday town from the 70's. Run down and unkempt.
Beach needs a clean up.
Lots of Restaurants and Cafes and it is very easy to get around on foot.
Good access to main Freeway to Athens/Northern Greece, so could be a stop over point for one night.

We were looking for a short time relaxation and we experienced a lovely romance! The place is full of hotels, bars, restaurants, markets. A wide coast available in front. We were relaxing at the balcony hours enjoying plenty of sea-view. A variety of gastronomy goods was available everyday for lunch time. We mostly enjoyed sweets, coffee, cakes of the hotel kitchen. Sooner or later we will be for sure.
We took a week vacation to relax and rest and we did that successfully at Marvi. The room is basic but clean, the bathroom as well, the terrace had an amazing view over the mountain and sea, the pool also clean. You find parking easily around the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the price fantastic. The staff is very nice and they even allowed us to make a late checkout so we could enjoy the pool for few more hours and didn't have to drive in the midday under the sun to Athens.
Thanks Marvi, we'll be back for sure!
Very cozy, comfy, and cute family-owned small hotel with a nice yard, charming and welcoming environment, nice friendly hosts, very convenient location for travelers - the town of Kamena Vourla is close to the freeway from Athens to Thessaloniki, but far enough away from traffic noise. It is a resort town with a nice beach. The hotel is located on a quiet street with a mountain view and gardens, and it is close to the beach. The studio was very nice and equipped with everything needed.
The hotel is located close to everything you may need; food, coffee, sweets, supermarket, and the beach. Extremely polite and helpful staff as well!
The room was comfy and bright (it was on the side, looking towards the beach), beds were okay, the bathroom was quite large.
The breakfast provided was everything I would expect from a 3* hotel.
We will surely choose this hotel again!
We had an ocean view room, rooms are big, absolutely sparkling. They took care of every single detail when we asked for something.
Every morning they greated us with a big smile.
In a couple of ocassions that we needed to work in the hotel, they helped us to get organized and
brought water and glasses for us to drink. Excellent Wifi on the firs floor close by the reception desk!
Welcoming, warm and caring reception by Nana herself who takes great pride in looking both after her visitors and her little hotel. Although the interior is dated, it is spotlessly clean and the extra amenities provided leave many modern, more contemporary, hotels tailing behind. Nana makes sure her guests feel comfortable. And that's what I did. I felt comfortable!
Nice room and balcony, quiet at night so good for sleeping. Also a very nice comfortable outside sitting area to relax in the shade. Nice location with local tavernas and bars nearby. But best of all was the family who own and manage the hotel. Thank you Nikos, Thanos and family. We will come back. Φιλάκια Τζέιμι και Βασίλης.
This is a family affair that is spotless,
clean and super comfortable. I cannot say anything negative about this place. Evy and her family, including her daughter Fotini who is named after her grandmother, are amazing hosts. They were so wonderful that they will remain one of our fond memories and lovely experiences in Greece.
This hotel is located in a quiet corner of the town within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel building is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are extremely hospitable and always ready to help their guests. Last but not least: the hotel is pet-friendly! 😸
the breakfast was very good, the hotel has a very good cook, the meals were better than what we had in the town, so we preferred to take lunch or dinner in the hotel's restaurant.
The hotel has e nice garden, full of palm-trees, It is well kept, with green grass and flowers.
The hotel is in a nice area of Greece. When you lay next to pool you can look at the spectacular mountains while the sea is reachable by a hand. The staff is very polite and friendly. Especially the biggest thanks to Alexandra who made us feel like at home.
The accommodation is in nice and quiet place, but still close to the centre of Kamena Vourla. We stayed for the WRC rally. The staff and host are very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely return again to this place.
Excellent hotel! Room was very clean, warm with a comfortable bed and a nice view. It's location is convenient and shops, restaurants are very near. It is value for money and highly recommended.
Lovely family hotel, the room was clean and very comfortable, the owner of the hotel was very nice and pleasant, offered us coffee and excellent grape marmalade. Strongly recommends
Hotel staff was extremely friendly and when we had some problem they came and fixed it right away.
Breakfast was nice and we could sit outside table to eat while looking at ocean.
Staff was very helpful, the hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. It is good value for the money and a really nice breakfast is included. Balcony with a sea view was great.
The staff were extraordinarily helpful. Our stopover became longer than expected with the tips they gave us. One of our more memorable stops in Greece.
