The room was clean and had a lovely view of the beach. The parking was very good. The staff was very helpful especially Alexandra who gave us a really warm welcome. The pool was clean and very good wifi all over the building. The location is walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and nearby beaches.

We stayed at Bali Diamond as a couple with another couple of friends, and we all absolutely loved it. It's a small family run hotel, with super friendly helpful staff, especially Eva at reception, and Chrisoula, who created the magnificent daily breakfast banquets. It's very well located for the airports as well as all the points of interest locally.
I recommend this hotel very highly. Immaculately clean, well designed, lovely pools and terraces, with a relaxed yet smart atmosphere.

Everything was perfect. Food, location and entertainment was exceptional.

The location is at 10 min walking distance to the nearest village, but also because of that, the area where the hotel is located is very silent.
The room was a little bit bigger then I expected.
The balcony was great and quite big with a view over the garden, pool and the sea.
The bathroom quite nice, only downside was the shower drain which does not work quite properly and some water collects in the shower cabin. I think because of that some water leaked around the shower.
But the cleaning was made daily (sometimes while we were taking the breakfast).
The breakfast was quite good and you've got several good choices. Also they would alternate several items from the breakfast.
The pool is nice with all those palm trees around, sun beds and the bar at the pool which is open up until 22:00.
All the stuff we interact with was very helpful and respectful.
You can also rent cars from the hotel which is big plus.
P.S. The dark hair lady from the dinning area is wonderful. Always welcoming you with a smile. It's nice to interact with a person like her first thing in the morning.
P.S.2 It was the best booking out of 3, from our 3 weeks stay in Crete. We will definitely return to stay here if we have the chance.
The place is fantastic. The Villas are very high quality, very well designed and projected and very clean and well maintained. The hosts provide complete and perfect information in various ways (personally and by email) before and during the stay. The location is in the middle of the 2 biggest cities on Crete and close to Rethymno and very close to many interesting attractions like beaches, activities like Quads, scuba diving, wineries, scenic villages, caves, archeological sites etc etc. But the BEST thing for me is just the place itself, the villa with its peace and quiet, where you have everything you want to have, plenty of corners whether you want to be in the sun or the shade and you really can relax and feel at home
