Bijela was great for peace, quiet and calm.
Bijela was great for peace, quiet and calm. Also, large supermarkets and pekaras are in walking distance. Stunning views as usual. The only caveat is that the beaches are not 100% meant for swimming. There are many boat areas, fishing docks and lack of shade along the coastline (not too many trees like other towns). However, there are pockets of swimming areas, you just have to find them. Baosici Beach (the next town a 10 min walk away) is packed with swimming beaches though, so it's not too big of a deal honestly. Also keep in mind that most beaches in both Bijela and Baosici are rocky, which I personally prefer, but I know some people who would've liked sandy beaches.

Quieter part of Kotor Bay, so don't expect very lively...
Quieter part of Kotor Bay, so don't expect very lively tourist life right at your doorstep. But safe and quiet for the children and adults to enjoy swimming in crystal clear water, going for long walks down by the seaside or (a definite must!) taking trips from Bijela around Montenegro to see the mountains, bays, canyons etc.

Bijela is not the right town for sightseeing or other traveler activities. Towns like Herceg Novi, Perast and for example Dubrovnik in Crotia are worth for a visit and staying in the Carine Hotel Park was very convenient in this location.

Beaches are stony and the water was full of algae. There is little in the town except shops. Good bus service to more interesting places and ferry not too far away. Be prepared to negociate taxi fares if you really need to flag one down. Blue Line buses very cheap and Express service to Kotor only 3 euros.

Wonderful place! The house is located next to a hotel, despite this it is really calm and quiet place. Big house, terrace, yard, private parking! So nice hostesses live in the next house, they will always help if you need anything! The beach with sand and small pebbles is a minute's walk away, so clean, because it’s on hotel territory. A little further down the street there are restaurants with good prices, big supermarkets are a 15-minute walk away, be sure to visit the HDL supermarket.

Great location, our room was spacious and overlooked beautiful Kotor bay. We were staying with 6 months baby (which also means we were able to enjoy dawns in this wonderful place :) ), all staff was very supporting and friendly, and open to help with our specific requests. Hotel is at seafront, tidy and quiet. Food was great, fresh and tasty. All in all great stay.

It was our second visit at Villas Valentina. Tina was wonderful host who was ready for help with any question. Room is rather basic, but was clean upon arrival and the kitchen was equiped with everything you may need. The location is good for those who have car. The view was stunning. The beach was nice and equiped with sunbeds and umbrellas for hotel guests.

The host was very welcoming. As soon as we arrived she greeted us and offered us free welcoming drinks and gave us a tourist handbook guide. The room was very clean and we had a direct way to the pool. It was a very calm place and we really enjoyed our stay. Also, not far from the hotel there were plenty of amazing beaches you could enjoy.

The All Inclusive service was reallyy wonderful! The staff is very friendly and kind. You will have lots of dishes to try everyday and the food is of a high quality. The hotel is seaside and also has two pools in and out. The room is very clean and the beds are very comfy. You are going to enjoy the calmness this property offers.

We had a very nice time at Studio Max. We used to live in Bijela, so our daughter wanted to go back and visit. Though it was rainy and cold outside, we enjoyed our stay. More than perfect location, situated at the entrance of Bijela. Quiet place, ideal for getaway from noisy tourist nearby areas. Nice dinning terrace, lots of space for everyone. Comfy room, with an amazing sea view. Proximity of the beach and large restricted swimming area is a big plus.

The hotel was exceptional by all means, the value for money is great, and the staff was pretty helpful and extremely professional. also loved that all was scheduled on time, the food was abundant, and never stumbled into a dish that was empty.

Location is a great advantage. Personnel very friendly and super helpful. We had one issue which was addressed, and immediately solved. We also used transfer from airport organised by the hotel - highly recommend.
