Staff in the restaurant for the breakfast service was helpful and very attentive. Although the room was quite shabby, it was spacious for four people and the shower in the bathroom rather powerful. Breakfast in the morning was ok.

Natal is a wonderful place to visit when you have children or teenagers as it is full of activities for them and you. Great restaurants and so many places to visit nearby, packed with lakes, sand ski, zipwire, dunes and buggy, tricycle and lots of adventure to have!

This city is great for those who love the beach and associated activities. Also nice seafood options at a variety of price points. Overall, compared with other cities in Brazil, it feels quite safe (obviously sensible precautions should be taken with showing off cell phones, jewelry, etc), and people are generally really friendly. Affordable to get around with Ubers and lots of lovely views and outdoor activities. In the vicinity of many beautiful beachside communities and other things. Recommend the restaurant called Camarões, going to a lagoon nearby (Alcaçuz or Pitangui), and Ponta Negra Beach.

Close to nice beach and ocean.
Close to nice beach and ocean. Crime can be an issue just as it is everywhere in the world now. Take extra care especially at night and always be alert even in the daytime. Natal is a big, interesting, diverse city with many nice places to visit. It was our relatives that stayed at the Holiday Inn, not us this time, but they told us the hotel and their stay was great. This favor of ours to them for their kindness and help would probably be similar for you if you ever were to pay for the stay of your relatives or friends. Their stay was actually better than ours a few weeks before, and the staff knowingly did their extra very best this time. It is great to see a major hotel chain or any business care ad this one has shown. Improved experience is so terrific to happen. We highly recommend this hotel and staff!

We have stayed in Natal many times, including at the Majestic several times before. We were lucky to be invited to sit at the table of Majestic owners Elias, and his wonderful wife, for several minutes, they are very fascinating people that do a lot of world traveling -- sat with them in the formal dining room/breakfast room, breakfast was way beyond excellent; we recognized from the owners that are often there, remembering them from our previous stays, included in price of our stay.

The city itself is nice, but it works better as a basis to explore places around it, like Pipa (amazing for a night stay), Galinhos, Maaracaju (for amateur but experienced divers), Peróbas (for newbies at diving) etc. Natal itself offers everything a relatively big city offers. As there are great attractions both to the north and to the south, Natal is the place to stay in Rio Grande do Norte, but maybe you should check if you want to book a few nights in Pipa and/or Galinhos.
The room was very nice and clean and everything worked perfectly. The hotel was in excellent condition and well maintained. The included breakfast was fantastic, just be sure to go to outside restaurant area to where you can order a made to order omelette and tapioca. The hotel staff was the best I have experienced in a long time! They were so friendly, smiled and took care of anything we needed. I will stay again at Aquaria, it’s the best!
I really enjoying staying there. The staff were extremely friendly, polite end helpful. The breakfast is amazing with a great variety of local cosine. The recreation for kids was great! My kids really enjoying tio Parafuso e a tia Alegria, they were so friendly and nice with my kids. We could see that they really enjoy what they do! I really recommend Wish Natal! It is worth it spending time there!
Alan is an excellent host, he speaks fluent English and explains everything in clear terms, regarding the local area, food, nightlife, beaches, supermarkets. He was always available on WhatsApp. The doormen in the block are relaxed, helpful and friendly. The apartment is well located, safe area, clean and was a perfect introduction place to stay for my first time in Natal.
Awesome location, beautiful facilities, good breakfast, and nice staff. The beds are comfy and the rooms have everything you need. Good value for what you get and right at the Ponta Negra beach. We had problems with our lock initially and the staff fixed it right away. They also made it easy to extend our stay a few nights. Definitely a great small hotel option in Natal!
It was great to have breakfast served at the patio and be spoiled by the hosts. They prepared eggs and sandwiches for us and were always very kind. Our bedroom had a window and a nice balcony with hammock and ocean view. The staff and the place was just amazing. Three days later we moved to a more luxurious hotel, but, man, the coastal charm of Lucy's is just unique.
The staff is so sweet! Marcos helped me with my bus ride cauz I don't have pix and there was a bug in Buser system. Anayr took me to the beach, restaurant, bars, and helped me for my tour in Natal. Marina gave me many contacts for my futures destinations and we had some nice chats. Room was comfortable, nice chilling areas!
I had a great experience at Pousada Natal Paradise. The facilities are very spacious with a large outdoor area with a lot of plants. The property is very well taken care of and clean. Also, the host was very attentive and helpful. I would stay again at Pousada Natal Paradise.
The Kids Club was great. This hotel has a lot to offer for children - playground, pool, activities.
The Pool area is at the other side of the street and just above the beach.
Staff was friendly and competent.
Breakfast and Dinner very good, although a bit crowded at Times.
The location was amazing, in safe area, and near the beach. The window view - amazing - you could see both: the ocean and the city. Area is full of the restaurants, bar in the hotel is a good one as well.
The room was aid with AC so it wasn't too hot.
A small hotel which is very tranquil. the rooms are lovely and we had an amazing balcony including a hammock. The pool is salt water. The food and cocktails are amazing and the staff very helpful
Amazing staff, the place is great: clean, well cared, the room is big. And the breakfast was super! They really care about the small details. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anybody!
It’s a fun hotel, with several activities for adults and children. Amazing views of the ocean, good swimming pools (one heated) and great breakfast. Best “tapioca” in town!
The breakfast is good. The location is ok, because it is in front of the beach. However the “Praia dos Artistas” is not the best beach to stay in Natal.
