The hotel had recently been taken over by a new owner/...
The hotel had recently been taken over by a new owner/manager, so some of the facilities were not available (no restaurant as it was being refurbished). The bed was terribly soft, although I managed to sleep OK. It wasn't a difficult trip into the main part of Barakaldo (this was El Regato) either by car or by bus and there were many walkers the following day, following the river into town .CherylUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Excellent situation for those persons who wish to catch the Brittany Ferries. The personnel were very good in attentiveness and the meal at night was good. Parking was easy and free Well reccomended

A relatively small neighbourhood not far from the Bilbao historical center. Be prepared to travel by metro for about 15 mins to visit main interesting sites. It was great as a stopover for the ferry, we loved the place it’s not the ritz but it’s clean and comfortable the food in the restaurant was good and the bar great, walking along the river was very relaxing after a long drive, we shall definitely return
